My fingers padded down on my screen as I rapidly typed the message before any teachers could see me and give me detention.

'How are you anyways?'

Isaac was still detained to Derek's house, wherever that may be, and in dire need of some company it seemed - he had been giving me all the ins and outs of his amnesia and I had been doing my best to keep him somewhat entertained while Derek tried to get his memories back. All the while trying to dodge Stiles, who had been trying to get in contact with me all morning but I didn't quite know what to say to him yet. I mean, he probably had no clue there was even an issue. Was there even an issue?

My phone dancing in my hand pulled me out of the toxic thoughts.

'Alright, I guess. Derek's going to try this thing with Peter I'm sure. It's supposed to unlock memories I think but it seems painful and dangerous, I'm quite worried'

Jerking my head forward in shock, I read over the words again.

"I need to go" My voice shouted aloud to the class and the teacher looked up from her desk in alarm, her glasses sliding down the bridge of her nose.

"And why would that be?" Her finger pushed her glasses back up.

"Family emergency" I stated, simply grabbing my things and standing up. "Okay?"

"Very well" She nodded at me and I thanked her, walking out the classroom door and down the hallway towards the exit.

'What's the address?' Quickly sending the text and then getting in my car, taking off from the School and driving to the place Isaac texted me moments before.

The building was a lot bigger than I had expected, then again nobody really imagined Derek living in anything other than a giant burned down mansion or an abandoned train station, so this was an upgrade. Even more surprising, he lived at the very top.

My fist was poised to knock as I reached the door but before I could make a sound it was slid open, revealing a very confused Peter. "What are you doing here?"

"Friendly support" I smiled and then brushed past him before he could speak, walking over to Isaac. "You look like hell, you know that?"

"I'm aware, thank you" He pulled me into a hug and then sat back down, head falling into his hands.

"You scared us all half to death" My head shook at him. "Seriously, I completely thought that you were dead for months"

"You're not the only one" Derek walked down the spiral metal staircase that resided in the corner of the room.

"Well, if I could remember what exactly I was doing then I'd be able to give you a proper answer, but I can't"

"And that, my friends, is where I come in!" Peter stalked down from the door, walking behind Isaac and patting his shoulders.

"We're not your friends" Derek and I stated in unison.

Shooting us both a look, he turned back to Isaac. "Relax. It'll work better if you're completely relaxed" Peter looked up at me and motioned his head down to Isaac.
