Calliope sits in the kitchen, looking over at Sam, "Did something happen with you and Dean when you guys were with Gadreel?" he asks her.
"He... he accidently hit me" she tells Sam.
"What?" he asks her.

"It was just an accident Sam. He was pounding on Gadreel, and I went to stop him, and he hit me. He apologized right after he did it. Sam, I think ... I think the mark is doing something to him" Calliope says.

"I know" he says to her.
"I'm worried Sam, I'm really worried" she says as she tries not to cry. Sam then gets up from the table and he puts an arm around her, and hugs her.

"Umm, should I be worried" Dean comes into the kitchen saying.
"No, no, I just got upset about wondering about my parents in Heaven. Sam was just letting me know it was ok" Calliope says as Sam pulls away. "Sam isn't try to make a play at me Dean" she says as she gets up and goes over to Dean wrapping her arms around him and kissing him. Just then Sam's cell starts to go off, and he takes it out, "Hey Jody" Sam then answer and Calliope and Dean look over at him

After Sam hangs up with Jody he tells Calliope and Dean about the call, and they pack up and hit the road for Sioux Falls. Dean pulls the car up to the police station where they see Jody standing out there waiting for them. The three of them step out of the car, and Jody smiles at seeing them, "You three are a sight" she says to them.
"Jody" Sam smiles at her, "How's the shoulder?" he then asks her.

"Eh, only aches when it rains" she tells him, "How you three been?" she then asks.
"Peachy" "Wonderful" "Touch and go" the three of them all tell her.
"I know the feeling" she says to them.

"So, what you got for us?" Dean then asks her.
She opens the trunk to show them the beheaded body inside it, the three of them quickly look around as Sam leans closer to take a look at the head. He looks into the mouth and they see a fang, "Yeah, uh, that's a vamp, all right"Sam says as Jody closes the trunk.

"I don't know, Sammy. Looks like Jody might not need our help anymore." Dean says to Sam.
"Oh, they grow up too fast" Sam comments.
"Don't they" Calliope then says.
"Yeah, joke all you want. There's more where this came from" Jody says to them,

"More?" Sam asks.
"My men brought in a runaway last night. There's no ID on her, nothing on her, actually, except for a bus ticked out of Nebraska. Total Jane Doe. She won't even give me her name. Girl's basically feral. She's got zero manners, didn't even thank me for saving her. Anyhow, this thing went to plenty of trouble to get at her. And to hear him tell it, the others will want her at least as bad as he did" Jody tells them.

"That sounds like a nest" Calliope says looking at the boys.
"Yeah" Dean agrees.
"A nest? I'm guessing that's not half as cute and cozy as it sounds" Jody says.
"Oh, I'm afraid not" Dean says.

Jody takes the three of them in to see the girl, telling her they usual that they are FBI, and Sam does a check to see if she is a vampire, telling her it was DNA test. Sam finishes and looks over at Calliope and Dean shaking his head, that he didn't find any fangs. "Wilson, Brooks and Fisher? You three are FBI, then I'm Taylor Swift. That wasn't a dental ID. It was a fang check, You're hunters." The girl says to them.

"And the only reason you're alive is because these hunters trained the sheriff" Calliope remarks to her.

"I think the first words out of your mouth should be a, 'Thank you'" Dean then says to her and she doesn't say a word, "So, who were you to this vamp, anyway, hmm? What's so special about you?" Dean asks her and she still doesn't say anything, "Is there a nest?" he goes on to ask. Sam then spots a bite mark on the girls neck and she tries to hide it.
