Suddenly Sam and Calliope hear a gunshot from the other side of the door, "Suzie?" Sam calls out. The door then unlocks and they enter seeing Suzie dead from a gunshot wound.
"Boo" they then hear Suzie saying and they turn around to see her standing there behind them. "Survived 40 years in this house...keeping that thing on lockdown....and one visit from a putz like you..." her ghost says to Sam. "I'm sorry, okay? I'm so sorry." Sam apologizes.
"Lot of good sorry does me. Look at me" she says to him, "Look at me" she says pointing to her dead body. Sam turns to look at Suzie's body, "There she is. The first casualty of your misguided mission. But what's another human life to you? Anything's worth it... as long as you three make it out alive. And how's that search going? Any closer to a cure?" her ghost says and Calliope looks at Sam. "This isn't real" Sam then says, "You're not real" Sam says as he then starts to leave.

Suzie's ghost appears before him stopping him from leaving and Sam gasps in surprise, "You think Dean's the wild card, the loose cannon. But don't you see? Making deals with witches, opening Pandora's box down there. You're the reckless one. You'll do anything to keep clinging to that doomed brother of yours. How many more will die, Sammy?" she says as she gets closer to Sam. Calliope begins to look around for something to get rid of the ghost, seeing Sam to focused on Suzie.
"Sam! Sam!" Calliope calls out. "You know it. You have to be stopped. And the only one who can stop you is you" Suzie's ghost says to Sam, "Do it, Sammy" she says looking over at the gun nearby. "End this farce once and for all!" she shouts at him.

Suddenly they hear a voice, and Suzie's ghost vanishes, "Told you you'd need me" they both look to see Rowena standing there. Sam looks at Rowena, "How did you find me?" Sam asks her. "Same way I just saved you. Magic. Had a feeling you might be in over your head." Rowena tells him.
"Well, you can't be here...if Dean sees you..." Sam says as they both then realize that they couldn't hear Dean. "Dean?" Sam calls out. "Dean?" Callie repeats as they both look for Dean. "Sam? Callie?" he calls out, and they look seeing him still in the room they had left earlier. "Hey, what are you doing?" Sam asks his brother.
