Dean takes his cell out and looks at it, "Who is this?" he asks, he waits a moment, then hearing a response he nods as Calliope and she follows him out of the room.

"Cass, what' the hell's going on?" Dean asks him as Calliope leans against him to hear the call.
"Metatron tricked me. It wasn't angel Trials, it was a spell. I wanted you to know that" Castiel says.
"Okay, well, that's great, but we got ourselves a problem" Dean tells him.

"What's wrong?" Castiel asks.
"Sam, he's um... they say he's dying" Dean explains.
"What happened?" Castiel asks.

"I don't know, at first he was okay, and then he wasn't. And I...Have you heard my prayers? I've been praying to you all night" Dean says.
"Dean, Metatron, he.... He took my grace" Castiel informs them.
"What?" Both Dean and Calliope say together.

"Don't worry about me. What are you doing for Sam?" Castiel asks the two of them.
"Everything we can, Dean doesn't have my grace on him, so I can't help heal him, but there is another angel here, working on Sam" Calliope tells him.
"What other angel" Castiel asks her.

"Ezekiel, I don't remember him from my time in Heaven

"Ezekiel, I don't remember him from my time in Heaven. But he seems good to me" Calliope says to him.
"Ezekiel, yes he's a good solider. He should be able to help until I get there" Castiel says.

"Wait, no, no, no, no. Hey, that's not an option" Dean quickly says.
"Might be a few days, but.." Castiel starts to say.
"Hey, Cass, listen to me. There are angels out there, okay? And they're lookin' for you and they're pissed" Dean tells him.

"Not all of them, Dean" Castiel says. "Some are just looking for direction. Some are just lost." He goes on to say.
"What? What are you talking about Cass?" Calliope asks him.
"I've met one. I think I can help, her Calliope" he says to her.

"No, Cass, we know you want to help, okay, we do. But helpin' angels is what go you in trouble in the first place. Now I'm begging you. For once, look out for yourself. Until we figure out what the hell is goin' on, trust nobody" Dean warns him.
"And do what? Just abandon them all?" Castiel asks.

"Damn it, Cass, you hearing yourself? There's a war on and it's on you! There's thousands of 'em, out, you said you lost your grace, right? That means your human, that means you bleed, and you eat and you sleep, and all the things you never had to worry about before" Dean tells him.

"I'm fine, Dean" Castiel tells them, when suddenly the hospital begins to vibrate, as if there was an earthquake happening.
"Whoa" Dean says, as Calliope holds his arm.
"What's going on?" Castiel asks.
"Pretty sure we're getting company" Calliope tells him.

"Look, get your ass to the bunker, alone, you hear me?" Dean says to Castiel, and Calliope looks at him, 'bunker' she mouths.
"Dean" Castiel protests.
"Go, Cass!" Dean says as he then hangs up the phone and the two of them head back to Sam's hospital room.
