Casey's POV
After talking and finishing off the pizza we decided to watch a movie. It was the Fault in Our Stars. (Bit of a spoiler but not much)
It was the funeral scene and Preston was crying more than I was.
"Oh my gosh are you crying?" I snicker at his red puffy eyes.
"N- no I had something in my eye." He tries to say in between small sobs. I throw a piece of popcorn at him and it hits him on the cheek. "Oww." He fakely pouts making me laugh more.
"Oh my gosh. Your such a baby." I joke making him puff out his lower lip.
"Excuse me for having a heart unlike you."
"You pretty much just explained me." I smile. I hear my phone go off reading it saying it's from Helena.
H- Want to record some Hunger Games?
C- no can't at a sleepover
H- and I'm not invited! Who is this girl
C- it's actually Preston XD don't ask
H- oh
H- use protection
C- HELENA!
C- NO!
C- JUST
C- NO
H- you know I'm kidding :P
H- but you better let me be the godmother
C- ugh bye
H- bye girly
"You guys are so funny." Preston laughs making you jump a little.
"You read that?" I ask hoping he didn't read the first part.
"Just the last part. I didn't see anything else." He explains eating another piece of popcorn. I wasn't sure why we were really eating popcorn we just ate a pizza, but hey, popcorn is still good.
Once the movie ends I start looking at YouTube seeing if anyone uploaded a video. I notice Preston did. I wonder if he has some backup videos... that would be smart to do that to be honest.
"Are you normally this quirky?" He asks breaking the silence. He looked nervous ask that answer but I just shrug.
"I guess. I just was always nervous about revealing myself at school." I explain continuing to scroll through social media on my phone.
"You shouldn't. People would love how quirky you actually are."
"I guess. But hey, I like my life how it is."
"Oh. Okay." We start watching another movie, but I couldn't keep my eyes open.
