Spencer visibly shuddered at the fresh claw marks on imbedded on the door of the freezer door. Tracking the blood around the room with his eyes trying to piece together what the hell happened to June.

Morgan doing the same as he reached for his phone to call hotch.

A loud sound of a gunshot breaking them out of their trance and springing then both back into action. Morgan updated the team and spencer raised his gun, looking around the house.

Another shot went of followed by a yell caused spencer to nearly run out the door.. Morgan grabbing his arm to pull him back into the house.

"use your head Reid, we can't just go running into the woods with some nutjob firing a gun. We need backup" Morgan warned barely fighting the urge to go run to the woods himself.

Spencer huffed starting to use his head. If the man had lost his eyes them his balance and perception would be of. Which could mean he could be chasing his girlfriend around the woods trying to shoot her. But if June was the one missing an eye then she was helpless. He licked his lips before repeating his thoughts to Morgan.

"we need to follow the tracks outside" Spencer reasoned as he hears the sirens pull up. His eyes glues to the track marks on the ground leading outside the house.

"split up in pairs, nobody on their own" hotch ordered rushing out of the SUV with the team.

A third gunshot making the team quickly split up and enter the woods.

June ducked as the bullet ricketed of a tree nearby and breaking off into splinters. Picking up her pace and running faster.

Her head feeling dizzy from being thrown to the floor multiple times. The blood running down the side of her head and soaking onto her hair.

She racked her brain trying to remember the way to the road into the city.

She had started running when it was dark out. The sun was up now and she was starting to slow down. Breathing was becoming harder to do and her vision was starting to blur.

The only thing that seemed to still be working was her hearing.

She stopped behind a tree for a second to catch her breath. Eyes looking for any sign of where she was. She used to know these woods like spencer knew statistics but after ten years her memory was foggy.

The red switchblade clutched tightly in her hands. She closed her eyes and leaned back against the tree. Trying to hear if he was nearby.

She sound of a crunch nearby from something in the woods forced her to open her eyes wide.

Raising her hand she focused on quietening the sound of her breathing.

June could hear the steps getting closer. As soon as they got close enough she spun around, knife raised to the attackers throat.

She was forced to the ground a split second later.  Grabbing persons throat    she rolled them over, allowing her to press the knife to the persons throat.

She dropped it the second she saw his face. Sighing in relief. "what the hell are you doing here" June sighed quickly grabbing the knife off the ground and looking around. She got up as fast as she could.

Morgan huffed, the air being knocked out of him at being slammed on the ground. " damn for a tiny thing you pack a punch" he groaned standing up .

Junes eyes were scanning the trees for movement. Jumping at the sound a gunshots near them.

Morgan quickly grabbed June's arm and hid them both behind a tree. His gun raised to his chest.

The sound of someone running towards them set them on edge. Derek quickly turned and pointed his gun at Samuel White's face. His lack of a left eye keeping them hidden from view. His arm was bleeding heavily from a bullet wound.

"SAMUEL WHITE, YOU ARE UNDER ARREST" Morgan shouted keeping his gun raised.

Immediately the shotgun was fired in their direction. The bullet breaking on impact of the tree the were previously hiding behind.

The second the gun went off Morgan fired his shot.

Samuel White dropped to the ground with a roar. Alerting the rest of the cm scattered in the woods.

The bullet was in his leg, stopping him from getting away.
