Spencer don't often worry over nothing. But before he went on the plane home with the team he had tried to call June. No answer. It's not unusual that she might might working. But for the last two days she hasn't answered the phone. He kept repeating events in his mind as to what he could have done to make her angry. She sounded tense over the phone. Almost like she didn't want to talk. Then she didn't even say goodbye, just ended the call.

So for the last two days he's been thinking of everything that he could have done.

Garcia had gotten worried herself and tried calling only to end up being ignored. She had even knocked on her apartment door and got no answer. In the back of her mind she couldn't help but feel like something bad had happened.

Spencer finished up his work on the plane and then headed to June apartment hoping to talk things through. He took his time getting there hoping that she wasn't trying to break up with him. He couldn't image what he'd be like if she did.

He stood outside her building nervously. It was a nice building. He only lived 15 minutes away. The thought lurking in his mind that he could just leave and come back tomorrow. It was pointless since he knew he wouldn't sleep anyway.

Spencer walked into the building with a feeling of dread lingering in the pit of his stomach. He realised his fist to knock on her door.

No answer.

"June it's Spencer , can I come in"he asked over the door. Figiting from the lack of a reply. He shuffled through his pockets for his key before confused when he couldn't find it. He always carried it with him. His hands went to the pockets of his bag. Finding it in the left front pocket. Not where he left it. Must have fallen out of his key ring.

He slide the key in the door hearing it click signaling the door was open. He pushed the door open, walking in. The apartment was eerily quiet and submerged in darkness. Spencer turned around to close the door, switching on the lights at the same time. He turned back around with a sight. Freezing up when he saw a bloody handprint on the bottom wall of the hallway.

His hands instantly went to his gun. Raising it at eye level as he started analyzing the room. Noticing that a few items were moved slightly. He looked down at the handprint. The blood was dry. Making him more anxious. He walked down the hallway , finding more blood trailing into the bedroom. He stepped over the blood carefully ,no wanting to destroy evidence.

Spencer carefully opened the bedroom door open with his elbow. The window was open , curtains blowing with the cold winds. A lamp laid in pieces broken next the the bed. He found more blood in the bedroom. A bloody knife on the floor glinting in the moonlight. It looked like there had been obvious signs of a struggle. He moved around the room looking for an explanation. Turning around to leave and search the rest of the apartment he froze on fear. His feet stuck to the floor paralyzed.

Five letters in blood causing him more fear that he ever felt in his whole life.

FOUND.

June hit the roof of the car trunk harshly with her bound hands until they were bloody. Her yells muffled by the duck tape over her mouth. She woke up hours ago in and out of consciousness for days. Her head throbbing from where he got her. The blood drive in her hair.
Words could not describe the shear fear she felt.

Ten years.

She had spending ten wonderful years away from the man and somehow he had found her. She kept wondering how he was even alive. She honestly expected him to drank himself into an early grave years ago.

She felt the car come to a halt. She could hear him shuffling of of the car towards the trunk of the car. She prepared herself to jump out at him in a surprise attack.

The second the trunk opened her jumped out at him. Managing to punch him in the face, making him stumble back in surprise. She to advantage of his shock, trying to run into the woods as fast as she could.

She was tackled to the ground roughly making her cry out. He dragged her away from her escape making her look sadly at the woods. Instead being dragged back to the place that had haunted her for years.

"Home sweet home wynonna" he smiled down at her with his rotten teeth. "You won't be getting away this time". He pushed her down the basement stairs harshly landing on her side. June slid into a corner far away from him.

Eyes locked on the chest freezer in the opposite corner that she had spent hours of her childhood in. The one he wanted to put her in now. He stalled towards her, grabbing her arm dreading her towards it. She found him as hard as she could getting punched in the face in response.

He opened the freezer with one hand. June's eyes locked on the bloody claw marks that the had caused imprinted on the ice.

Without warning he tossed her inside the cold frost riden freezer , locking her inside with a padlock.

Walking back up the rickety staircase with a smile.
