Y/n POV " Come on baby~play with us." A man slyly said. " Get those filthy hands off me." I demanded slapping the man's hands off of me. Then I feel a gust of wind and the four guys are on the ground knocked out cold and I smile turning seeing my friend Kayden. Well er the great kayden... Whatever.
" Thanks K." I say and he laughs a bit putting his arm around my shoulder as we walk to my house. " You sure are an idiot, you better cook when I get back I have to run to do something real quick." He states as we reach my home. " Aw~ really? Why can't you cook?" I whine and he flicks my forehead. " I'll do it next time see you peasant." He says leaving and I smile. " See you master." I say back smiling.
And that was the last time I saw him....
Kayden POV " Mr. Kayden why do you look so sad?" Jiwoo asks me and I look at him and sigh a bit. " Today was me and..." I trail off remembering my old best friend I kind of abandoned. I fell in love with her last minute but got turned into this stupid form. I would have confessed but I turned into this cat and now I don't even know if she's alive. It would have been our 8th year friendship anniversary today. Even though I never told Jiwoo about her I still want to find her. Though I know if I even mention her he'll try to find her.
" Me and.. A friend's 8th year anniversary would have been today." I say and jiwoo looks at me with puppy dog eyes. " What's their name?" he asks and I feel my heart start beating fast. " Y/n... Y/n L/n.." I say feeling my heart hurt a bit. It's been so long since I've even heard or said that name. " A-ah the cats are out of food... Want to go to the store with me?" Jiwoo asked and I shake my head as the cats curl up besides me. " I'll stay here you go ahead." I say as jiwoo nods waving goodbye.
It was only a few minutes that had passed and I heard a scream making me jolt up. I quickly jumped off the couch going to the window. " Who in the world is screami-" I cut myself off. There's no way... Y/n...?
Y/n POV " GET OFF!" I scream as the drunk man tries to grab my purse as I kick at him. " Please~ I haven't eaten today I need money." The man whined and I kick at him again. Then I see a spark of blue light and a cat is on the man's head. The man let's go of the purse and screams as the cat scratches his face and the mam falls a bit of smoke coming from him as he coughs looking dazed. I hold my purse close to me looking at the ca-.... The fattest cat of my life is in front of me.
The cat looks at me and slowly comes up to me as I crouch down smiling at it. " I guess thanks." I say reaching out to pet the cat's head as it flinches a bit but comes to me letting me pat it's head. The cat purrs and I glance seeing the cat's a male and I pet his head. " Even though it's pretty weird since a cat jumped on someone's head and blue light came out." I chuckle out as the cat looks up at me. Wait... Blue light? It couldn't be.... " MR. KAYDEN?!" I hear a young voice shout and I turn my head to the voice seeing a high schooler boy. " O-oh is this your cat?" I ask and he nods and tilts his head a bit. " A-are you... Y/n L/n by any chance?" The kid asks and I nod and his mouth drops. " O-oh.." he says and looks at the cat. " Wait why would someone name their cat Mr. Kayd..." I cut myself off and look at the cat. " I only know... Well knew one Kayden." I murmur and stand up. " Jiwoo... Go inside." I hear a voice and turn around seeing nothing. " What..? Where's that voice coming from?" I say looking around and the high schooler I'm guessing jiwoo ran inside the house nearby. " Down here." I hear the voice looking down only seeing the cat. " Y/n don't freak out of kick me." The cat says as I'm about to do exactly the opposite of what he said but stop before I could move. " That voice..." I say crouching down cupping the cat's cheeks. " K.. Kayden?" I say my voice below a whisper. " Yes.. Believe me I always wanted to come back to you things happened and just-" I cut him off by squeezing him in a hug crying a bit. Suddenly smoke appears and I feel muscular arms wrap around me and I flinch looking up seeing Kayden's human face.
" K-kayden.." I say with watery eyes as he cups my cheek with one hand and leans in kissing me. . . . . . . . . . . . . " I've missed you too beautiful"
