Y/n POV " Hey woo?" I asked leaning against Jiwoo. " Yeah babe?" He asked while looking at his phone with a cat across his lap. " Do you wanna go shopping?" I asked and he shifted his gaze to me. " For a reason or just to do it?" He asked setting his phone down. " Just to do it. I mean I don't see why not. We can buy ourselves something and the cats something." I say while looking into his eyes before he nods. " I don't see why not." He mumbled while looking at the cat that was on his lap. We both got up and got dressed before leaving the house. We chose to go to nearby stores before we hit the big ones. I walked through seeing some skirts wondering if they would look good on me. I glanced around looking for Jiwoo to get his opinion but saw him picking up multiple sweaters. I told this boy he looked good in them and now he wants to mainly wear them. I smile to myself as I pick up hoodies wondering if we should get something matching.
" Hey baby what did you find?" I hear Jiwoo ask as he's holding multiple clothes in his arms. " Just a skirt and jeans but you want to get something matching?" I ask and he nods as his eyes light up. I smile at him before looking for some hoodies.
Jiwoo POV Y/n smiles at me before going to look for hoodies. I look around the store trying to find a basket. I probably have at least 20 things in my arms right now. I just wanted some sweaters but I think I got too ahead of myself. " Hey ji I found one." I turn to the voice seeing 2 dark purple hoodies with a black heart in the corner. " It's not too girly is it?" She asks looking at me as I shake my head. " I like it." I state as she smiles happily before waddling over to the register. I feel like my soul left when I saw the price. " Maybe I should put something bac-" I got cut off. " No no Ji, it's fine I'll pay for it." Y/n quickly says giving her card to the cashier. " But-" I got cut off again. " Nope." She stated as I sighed defeated. I love Y/n, I really really do. I love her with all my heart but she doesn't like giving up. Especially on when I want something, she goes out of her way to help me. I carry both of our bags while holding her hand as we walk towards a pet store. " ... Please don't buy out the whole store Ji." She said as I look at her with puppy eyes. " I'm not rich Ji." She groaned as we walked in. I felt my mouth drop seeing all the cats and their toys.
Y/n POV I saw Jiwoo's mouth drop as he saw all the cat stuff. I rolled my eyes internally knowing I would be bankrupt after him. At least we moved in together, I help pay rent but damn I may need to have him pay more. I know he loves cats but he loves them more than himself. I watch as he buys multiple cat treats and toys seeing his eyes light up. Seeing him so happy makes me happy on the bright side. I watch him even pick up some cat clothes in the mix of everything. I sigh to myself as I watch our bags that he somehow managed to leave behind in his cat shopping spree.
" You ready babe?" I ask seeing his arms full of every cat thing he could find. He nodded his eyes full of light as I stand up with the bags while we go to the register. I cry internally handing my card seeing it was alot more than I expected. " Sweetie are you sure it's alright to-" I cut him off quickly. " It's fine Ji, as long as you're happy." I assure him while trying to not sob at my money flying away from me
We walk to big stores wanting new shoes and I sigh happily to myself. I pick up different types as he looks at some. " I kind of want some forceful airs." I say outloud to myself. " How about these?" I say turning to Jiwoo as he nods. We look for our sizes while trying them on. I smile at Jiwoo seeing him struggle to get the shoes on. I help him put it on while he stumbles around trying to walk. " If you stumble around in that, imagine heels." I snort and he rolls his eyes playfully at me. A few minutes later and he was actually trying to run in the store with heels.
I laughed hysterically watching him run hearing the heel click on the floor before watching him fly into a person. I cover my mouth trying to not laugh as I hear things falling over. " I'M SORRY!" I hear Jiwoo yell as I laugh more at security picking him up. " PLEASE IT WAS A MISTAKE! I DIDN'T MEAN TO!" Jiwoo shouts as I wipe tears from laughing so much.
Jiwoo POV I pout feeling my face turn red as I sit embarrassed outside the store. I held all of our bags while tapping my foot. I didn't mean to knock down an old lady while running around. I wonder if she can walk now because of that impact. " Ji, she's fine you know." I look at Y/n pouting as she holds shoe bags. " But I feel bad, I almost got you kicked out the store too." I say and she shakes her head pecking my head. " Either way it was worth it, I'm not letting you live that down." She happily said while walking with the bags. " Wanna get ice cream to cheer you up?" She says and I feel myself finally smile. " Fine if you insist." I say as we walk towards a ice cream truck.
I order vanilla while she orders her favorite ice cream. We walk home eating it as we talk about what to do tomorrow. " Why not go and buy something for our friends?" She asks and I nod eating my ice cream. " I don't see why not... But I'll pay for everything. I owe you alot beautiful." I say and she shakes her head finishing her ice cream. " I'm fine, it was mainly to see you buy yourself something. You usually try to do everything for me so I thought why not do something for you." She says making my heart melt.
We finally got home greeting the cats while setting everything down. I fed the cats as she put the clothes onto the couch. I eat pieces of my ice cream cone before finishing it finally and plopped onto the side of the couch that wasn't covered by clothes. I tug Y/n towards me as she plops onto my lap smiling. " Thanks for today princess." I say and she smiles kissing me softly. . . . . . . . . . . . " Anything for you."
