Y/N POV Now you would never expect two best friends to act like they don't know each other. " Weren't you and Subin friends before?" My sister randomly just asked. She already knew how much I liked Subin since we practically grew up together but she went to an all girls school. Yet we spent time together so I would always be with her on a daily basis. " S/n... You already knew that. " I groaned out walking off to my room. " Yeah sure but didn't you like her alot?" She asked making me shrug. " I don't know... Did I?" I asked back before stepping into my room. " Fine whatever. By the way she's outside waiting for you." S/n said before walking off into her room. I rolled my eyes before straightening my uniform and grab my backpack before opening the door seeing Subin. " Hey what took you so long." She asked making me shrug. " Why are you even here? Shouldn't you be annoying Jisuk right now?" I asked while we walked down the sidewalk to school. " I told them I had to do something so it doesn't matter to them hopefully." She sighed out making me scoff quietly. " What's your problem lately? You don't even text me like you used to you know. Is something bothering you?" She asked and I look at her. " Doesn't matter." I mumble before walking ahead of her leaving her behind.
Subin POV " Doesn't matter." Y/n mumbled before walking off making me frown. He's my best friend and all but we avoid each other at school. He's pretty much in the middle of being popular and not. People acknowledge him but what doesn't make sense is that we avoid each other. I confessed my feelings to him a few years back but he didn't feel the same. Then last year he suddenly confessed he likes me but I already had moved on to liking Jisuk actually. Then Jisuk and I started dating and.... Jisuk and Y/n don't actually get along.
They got into fights and Y/n almost got kicked out of school at least 3 times for fighting only Jisuk. So we avoid each other to not cause any problems.
Y/N POV " Hey what's wrong?" Jiwoo asked making me shrug. " I'm just a bit out of it today that's all." I mumbled making him frown. " What even happened between you and Subin?" He asked right before Subin actually came over. " Hey-" She got cut off by me standing up and I walked to the other side of the room before sitting down. I ignored the feeling of both of them staring at me, I don't want to ignore her but I don't want to get kicked out of school neither. " Hey.. We need to talk." I glanced up and see Jisuk glaring at me making me chuckle. " Why should I listen to you? Don't worry I wasn't even near Subin." I said and he sighed. " That's what we need to talk about." Jisuk said before yanking me up by my collar. Well damn fine I guess I am going then...
We walked off to the school rooftop making me feel like I was floating from all the high winds today. I looked over at Jisuk and he was leaning against the rail. I put my hands in my pockets before walking over and sigh. " What? We're gonna fight up here or something?" I ask and he looked down. " Subin broke up with me, I know she likes you and you like her. Alright? Just take care of her for me. I won't bother you anymore Y/n." He said before walking off leaving me stunned. " Wait what the hell Jisuk?! Who even says something like that so calm huh? WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU!?" I shout at Jisuk making him face me. " Because she only needed help to get over you. She can't get over you alright? She's stuck to you more than you know. Now like I said I won't bother you." He said and looked down. " But I'll kill you if you break her heart.. You bitch." He mumbled before walking off leaving me stunned.
" What did Jisuk say to you?!" a voice slightly shouted walking up to me. I look seeing it's Subin but I look past her and realized Jisuk already left making me frown.
Subin POV " What did Jisuk say to you!?" I slightly shout seeing that Jisuk passed by me without a word and only seeing that Y/n was there. He looked passed me then back at me frowning making me sigh. " He told you everything huh?" I ask with a slight chuckle before leaning against the rail crossing my arms. " Why the hell did you both date? You already liked me so why reject me by then huh?" He asked making me look away. " I didn't want.. To remember my feelings for you. I figured you would have already had a girlfriend by now you know." I say looking at the ground hearing him scoff. " You airhead I've always liked you.... But you could have at least not avoided me all the time? You know.. Now I feel bad for Jisuk." He says making me shrug. " He had his eyes on this girl anyways it doesn't matter we weren't that into each other. We already agreed on being friends Y/n." I said before turning to look at him.
He had a slight smile on his face as the wind blew making his hair fly up a little. That view that could make me faint within seconds because of how much I like him. I smiled at him a bit before slightly grabbing his wrist and he looked at me. " Y/n L/n I like you... Will you be my boyfriend?" I ask and I hear a laugh come from him. " I don't know.. Should I?" He asked but before I could complain he placed a quick peck on my lips before running off leaving me extremely red-faced. . . . . . . . . . . " HEY GET BACK HERE!"
