The couple startled at the sudden strident noice and Natsu automatically stopped in his movements as both of them shot their heads to the right, staring at the wooden door with widened eyes.

Another bell ring, and another.

Lucy cleared her voice shyly, slowly trying to process what had just happened as she gazed at Natsu's well-defined face, noticing his exasperated expression, supported by his furrowed eyebrows.

Suddenly his attention was right back at her, leaning down to her neck as he whispered,
„Let's just continue."

The blonde knew it would be irresponsible for them to just continue in their act, and as much as she wanted to be closer to him right now, she knew they had to stop.

Before his heated mouth met the soft skin of her neck, she pressed her small hands against his chest and gently moved him away from her as she sat back, grabbing her skirt that she had taken off earlier to put it on again.

She heard Natsu sigh deeply, noticing from the corner of her eye how he got up and walked to the door.

"I'll take a look." he said with a slightly annoyed tone in his voice and closed the door behind him, ran down the stairs to move to the corridor door.

Once he got there, he glanced through the little spy that was built into the upper center of the door.

When he saw and recognized the uninvited guests, his eyes widened in shock and he stumbled backwards.

With inhuman speed he ran back to his room where Lucy was still waiting for him on the bed.

As he almost ripped the door open, he started taking off his clothes in a hurry, startling the blonde girl as she turned around quickly.

„What are you-" She called out, but he interrupted her mid-sentence.

„Go answer the door! Our parents are here." He breathed out and ran to the bathroom after taking off his socks.

The blonde quickly turned around in shock, processing the information he just gave her.

Their parents were here.

„Wait!" She called out in confusion and watched him locking the bathroom door.

„Why are you in the bathroom now?!" She yelled.

„Isn't it obvious?! I need a cold shower after what we've done! I don't think your parents want to see me with a boner sitting there!" He yelled right back at her while turning on the shower.

The girl raised an eyebrow in confusion, wondering how a shower could help with his current state, but didn't waste too much time thinking about it and hurried the stairs down instead.

After neatening her school uniform, she finally opened the door with a deep sigh.

Here goes nothing.

„Jeez, Lucy! Why did it take so long for you to open the door?" Her mother immediately scolded without even greeting her.

She stepped back and let the elders enter the house, grabbing her shirt to calm her too fast-beating heart.

„Sorry..uhm..I was...I didn't hear the bell at first.." the blonde stuttered, desperately looking for an excuse.

„Don't worry, dear." Grandine smiled and stroked her hair. Her messy hair.
