Special Chapter: Babies

My pregnancy was announced months ago at kahit noong nanganak ako ay may media sa labas ng ospital which was very annoying. Pearl told me that I got a lot of hateful comments because they sensed that I was going to leave the industry.

Of course, I felt bad that time, but Pearl told me that those are not really haters. They are just fans that are sad and longing for my activities again. However, I don't think I can come back. I am busy and very happy with my family.

I watched how Azriel chuckle while carrying baby Azul in his arms. Tuwang-tuwa sya at kumikislap pa ang mga mata.

I smiled when he kissed his tiny little forehead.

"Hmm. Good boy, do you love Papa? Hmm?" he playfully asks.

Narinig ko ang mumunting tawa ng anak kaya napangiti ako lalo. Humalakhak pa si Azriel at paulit-ulit na hinalikan ang noo ng anak.

Nakakatuwang makita syang ganito. Sobrang saya at hindi mapawi ang ngiti sa labi.

Halos hindi na nga iyan pumasok sa trabaho! Gustong-gusto na narito lamang at nilalambing kaming tatlo.

I giggled and looked at the baby boy I'm carrying, Baby Uzziel is sleeping peacefully.

Our first months were literally hard. Well, si Azriel ang pinakanahirapan. I couldn't move much since kakapanganak ko lamang noon kaya sya ang gumagalaw.

Gayunpaman, I never heard any complain from him. Tuwang-tuwa pa nga sya. Tumutulong naman si Linda pero gusto talaga ni Azriel na sya. Hindi lang sina baby ang inaalagaan nya, kung hindi ako rin.

He even knows how to put and remove diapers more than I do! Ang sabi nya ay nanood daw sya sa youtube which is find really cute.

"Baby, are you tired?" malambing nyang tanong sa akin. Bakas pa rin ang ngiti sa labi at hinalikan ang noo ko. "Please sleep first. You need more sleep."

I smiled and shook my head.

"No. Gusto kong bantayan sina baby."

Both of our boys are good looking. I never even knew babies could look handsome Ang tatangos ng ilong at makurba ang mga labi. Itong si baby Uzziel ay may dimples pa.

"Fine. But let's sleep later, please? Once baby Azul sleeps, let's cuddle and sleep together," he said.

I giggled. Iyan ata ang hindi na mawawala sa kanya. His love for cuddles will never be gone.

"Hmm..." sagot ko na lamang dahil hinalikan ko ang noo ni baby Uzziel.

Ganito pala ang pakiramdam magkaroon ng mga anak. Ang sarap at talagang hindi ko maipaliwanag.

Masaya ang buhay ko noong kami lang ni Azriel, but having our babies made my life so much better.

"I love you, wife..." he whispered. Tiningnan ko si baby Azul at tulog na pala kaya sya bumubulong.
