Blue glared at ink just before asking what he wanted. Ink could feel anger boiling within him, however his face showed hints of guilt. Blue was apathetic towards ink and honestly couldn't care less about what he had to say. Ink soon spoke again, his eyes shifting the dark blue teardrop shapes. "Please..I know you're mad at me but...I want my friends back. What happened to our promise.." Blue scoffed at the manipulative behavior. He was used to this crap from Ink. he sighed, putting down the bandages on a shelf just outside the cell before walking back over to Ink. Ink had been staring at the floor, he wasn't truly guilty, he just wanted his team back. His Star team. Blue grabbed Ink's chin and made the creator look up at him. The chains around his neck, wrists, and ankles all clacked as Ink moved.

"Oh Ink...we aren't friends anymore. We haven't been your friends for ages. Dream only stayed in the star team after that fight 'cause he had to protect the positivity. I stopped being your friend when Error told me just how manipulative you are. I see right through your facade. It's not like you care anyways. You're soulless, you can't have real friends. It's all just your damn drugs inside your vials." Ink felt a stinging in his soul. Blue's words did truly hurt him. The anger soon faded as the guilt crept in. He wasn't guilty for killing the evils, he was proud of that, but he was guilty for losing his friends. Dream and Blue were the people he felt most comfortable with, and now they are just gone. Ink hadn't really let that fact sink in before this.

Blue scoffed again as he got up and left the cell leaving Ink alone. That specific cell was made just for Ink. it was completely white, like the antivoid, with nothing around. The cell had been made like that due to the fact the creator hates blank spaces. With Blue gone, Ink began to get uncomfortable at the lack of color. He curled up putting his forehead to his knees before closing his eyes and just...thinking. Thinking about everything. Mostly what he could do to get his friends back. Ink unfortunately isn't too logical. The idea of him forgiving or even trying to understand the evils crossed his mind, however Ink just pushed that thought away. They ruined his work, upset his AUs, he's not just gonna forgive them. In Ink's eyes, they are only evil for the sake of being evil. More manipulative thoughts began to cross Ink's mind. Things like getting Nightmare to hate Dream again. More ideas flowed through the scatterbrain's mind as the clock counted the minutes Ink sat there.

In a different corner of the prison, Stretch sat there hoping for Blue to at least speak with him. He honestly did feel a bit of pity towards Blue. he may have hated the evild, but they were Blue's friend despite how many times Stretch had tried to keep them apart. Stretch was a bit more open minded than Ink, however that doesn't mean he would ever forgive Error or any of the evils. They cause nothing but pain. Ink had always told the AUs to avoid the evils at all costs. While stretch was sitting there, he couldn't help but wonder what their true purpose was. Stretch was so lost in his thought that he didn't even notice his brother had entered his cell and sat right in front of him.

Blue was getting aggravated with his brother not noticing him. Soon enough Blue just kicked his foot causing Stretch to snap back into reality. He looked up at Blue without a word. No words needed to be exchanged for him to know his brother hated him. Stretch soon looked away from his brother. "Not even a hi, Paps?" Stretch felt a tinge of guilt again. He didn't respond. Stretch was shocked to feel arms wrapping around him. He didn't know how to react and just froze before slowly hugging Blue back. Blue pressed a chip into the back of his brother's skull before continuing to hug his brother. He of course wanted the hug, but the chup had to be put in place. No words were exchanged. Blue pulled away from the hug and got back to his feet before leaving. Stretch definitely felt better with the hug from his brother. Maybe..maybe Blue didn't hate him.

Blue apathetically stared at Fell when he got to his corner of the prison. Fell was yelling and screaming threats, insults, among other things. He was quickly silenced when Blue calmly stated "if you don't shut the hell up imma put the dogs muzzle on you." Red just glared at Blue silently as he came into the cell. Fell lunged at Blue, however the chains around him and the main magic barrier prevented him from doing anything. Blue grabbed the chain around Fell's neck and used it to control Fell. The chip snapped into the back of the skull drawing blood at a few different points. Fell tried to attack Blue again only to be smacked. Blue just left the room allowing Fell to sit alone.

Error waited for Blue as Sci repeatedly apologised from within his cell. Error was used to this type of noise and just drowned out the noise. Blue soon arrived and waved at Error. The glitch smiled at Blue. They were about to enter the cell when they heard Dream yell Error's name from the main maze. The sound was muffled, but heard for sure. Error and Blue looked at each other just before running off in the direction they heard the yell coming from. They soon got to the origin of the Yell, it was the room where the Determination Machine sat broken. Error stared silently at the broken project right in front of them. Nightmare was trying his best to not cry, but the thought of permanently losing his team hurt him. While yes, they were annoying and rude, they were still family to Nightmare. Error didn't know what to say. He had helped Dust with the project for years and now it's just..gone.

The spirits of Nightmare's gang sat behind the group. Killer wanted to comfort Nightmare but it was just impossible. Dust was over by the machine trying to at last move a wire or two. It wasn't going to work. Horror and Cross just stood there upset. Their last bit of hope flickered away like a burnt out candle. The room was completely silent. Nightmare looked up at Error before quietly asking "y-you can fix it..right?" Error just stood there with guilt in his eyes. "It would take years" he quietly mumbled. Nightmare could feel his soul breaking into a thousand little bits.

————————A/N————————
I feel like I should clarify that in this story Error is NOT part of Nightmare's gang in this story, however Nightmare and Error are in a relationship with one another (hence Debug and Tenpatch). I know they canonically dislike each other, but I just really love the ship. Error does have a bedroom in the mansion however he doesn't live there. That's only if he decides to sleep there instead of the Antivoid. I just wanted to clear that up cause I'm trying my best to stay as close to canon as possible with only a few headcanons. Thanks for reading my book! I would find some way to celebrate 1k reads with an art raffle or something however my computer is broken 🥲
