Sorry to hear my outburst, but that boy unnerves me a lot. But let's stop talking about him because he is not worth our time. Every year, in addition to curricular classes, all students have to choose an extracurricular activity, which is theater, photography, basketball, dance, painting and swimming.

Two years ago, that is to say in my first year at this school, I chose the photography "course" and although I loved attending classes, the following year, that is, last year, I decided to choose a new option and ended up enroll in the theater course. Honestly, that was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life, because I fell in love with the area, from the acting part to the audience as the backstage part.

As I enjoyed attending that "course" so much, I decided to enroll there again this year. I was so happy to be able to repeat the experience, that it had been fantastic until I discovered that my archenemy, Barry Allen, also had the idea of ​​enrolling in this course. It still occurred to me to change my extracurricular activity, however I wouldn't do it, because on the one hand I was in love with the world of theater and on the other I wasn't going to give up just because of this idiot.

The first two rehearsals, we were just doing a series of games / exercises to get to know each other better, since most of this "group" was made up of new people. At the same time, our director, Mrs. Parks, explained to us what was going to be done in this first semester and informed us that the play she chose for this semester was neither more nor less than "Romeo & Juliet". Now for those who do not know this play, Romeo and Juliet is a tragedy written by William Shakespeare and talks about two teenagers, very much in love, whose death ends up uniting their families, once on a war footing.

In our third rehearsal, Ms. Parks warned us that in the next rehearsal, which was on Thursday, there would be auditions for the distribution of papers. She also distributed the script that contained only the first two scenes and told us to study the character we wanted. After reading the script over the top, I decided that I would audition for the character of the maid.

The day of the audition came quickly and contrary to what is usual, I had not yet played inside and the students was already all in the auditorium waiting for our director to arrive to start the auditions. As soon as she entered the auditorium and took her seat, she started auditions.

- Barry Allen.- Mrs. Parks called and Barry got up from his place and went on stage. - What was the role you studied?

- The one by Lord Capuleto.

- That role fits you like a glove.- I said softly, but it seems that I did not say as low as I expected because Barry gave me those death looks and the director just looked at me and seconds later she showed me a smile.

As soon as Barry finished his audition and left the stage, it was my turn to be called, so I took a last look at my script and went up on stage. I was a little nervous, but I knew that I had studied the role a lot and I am sure that the hearing will go well.

"What role did you study?" Asked the director.

- The role of the maid.

At the end of my audition, which I even thought was going well, I went back to my seat and paid attention to the rest of the auditions. As soon as the last person left the stage, Mrs. Parks ended the auditions and explained to us that she would think very carefully about the subject and that in our next rehearsal, that is, on Monday, she would already have the characters for us to say. However, she said that because we auditioned for a specific character, it did not mean that we would stay with that role.
