Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort is the daughter of Lord John Beaufort and Lady Georgiana Alexandrina Darnley, that was the surname of her great-grandfather Lord Henry Stuart, Lord Darnley that she was a direct descendant of Lord Matthew Stuart and Lady Margaret Douglas the daughter of Queen Margaret Tudor with her second husband, Lord Archibald Douglas, Earl of Angus
