Lady Karissa discovers that she is pregnant in November of 2281 with Lord Richard William Carey and their first child together.

Lord Richard William Carey is the great-great-grandson of Lord Frederick William Carey through his daughter, Lady Sophia Charlotte Howard who married Lord William Carey.

Together they have two children, Lord George Carey and Lady Georgiana Carey and it is Lord George Carey who married Lady Isabella Bourbon and they have two children, Lord Robert and Lady Roberta Carey and it is Lord Robert who marries Lady Lettice Knolly who have Lord Richard William and Lady Richenda Wihelmina Carey.

Lord Richard William Carey is his grandfather's heir apparent after his father, Lord Robert Carey passed away in 2269.

Lord Richard William Carey was born in 2250 on June 17 and he was followed by his sister, Lady Richenda who was born on March 21, 2256.

Both of them were on Rigel Seven, a United Federation outpost but arrest broke out and under the Kudos, the governor of Rigel Seven a food shortage started to manifest and only the elite received food.

Kudos decided who would receive what food would be given out and if you were no of the elite you would be executed.

Every day, Lord Robert and Lady Lettice would watch some of their friends be executed by Kudos and they were concerned for their two children, Lord Richard William and Lady Richenda Wihelmina.

Lord Robert was the great-grandson of Lord Frederick William Howard as his grandmother was Lady Sophia Charlotte Howard and his first cousin twice was Lord Charles Andrew JR who was Duke of NorfolK Territory.

The last thing that Lord Robert wanted was a war to break out between The Howard's and Kudos.

Lord Robert wrote his father, Lord George and his sister, Lady Roberta on Star Base 12 out at Bedford Territory and Lord George told his son and daughter in law, "Listen here son, the last thing we want is to Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR to wage a war with Kudos on Rigel Seven as you are the great-great-grandson of Lord Frederick William Howard and your are my heir to Bedford Territory as is your son."

"I know my grandmother's family and they will summon all their kinsmen and they will come to Kudos if anything happens to you or my grandchildren." Lord George explains.

"I know that Lady Lettice and you are reluctant to depart with your two children, but it is for their best interest that you send them to Star Base and come to live with Lady Roberta and me out at Bedford Territory." Lord Geroge tells his son, Lord Robert.

Well on June day in 2260, Lord Robert and Lady Lettice help their two precious children pack up their clothes and belongings and they board them on a shuttlecraft to Star Base 12, where their grandfather and Aunt will meet them at the landpoint out at Bedford Territory.

Little did Lord Richard or his little sister ever see their father and mother again as the food shortage only got worse on Rigel Seven, but they were still receiving food all the way up until 2268.

One of the families that was murdered by Kudos was the Riley family and he executed the entire family of Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley while he was at StarFleet Academy.

Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley heard the news of the brutal execution of his father, mother, and little sister and he had to take the next shuttlecraft back to Rigel to arrange for their funeral and burial on Rigel Seven.

Lord Richard William Carey and his sister, Lady Richenda arrived on Star Base 12 at the ages of 10 and 5 years and with the help of their aunt, Lady Roberta. Lord George took care of his two grandchildren, Lord Richard William and Lady Richenda Wilhelmina.
