Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard is the eldest child and daughter of Lord Andrew Charles Howard and Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard nee Lowell.

Lady Elizabeth was named for three of her ancestresses,  Queen Elizabeth I of England, Queen Victoria of England and Queen Ann of England and Beltane for the most significant of Pagan Sabbats and given the surname of her father Howard.

Lady Karissa explains why she has chosen Elizabeth, as she loves Queen Elizabeth I of England who was the second daughter of King Henry VIII and his second queen and wife, Queen Anne Boleyn who was the great-granddaughter of Lord John Howard and Lady Katherine Moleyns and his son, Lord Thomas Howard and his first wife, Lady Elizabeth Tinley and their daughter Lady Elizabeth who married Lord Thomas Boleyn and together they had Lady Mary, Lady Anne and Lord George and without Lady Mary Boleyn, her beloved Lord Richard William Carey would have never been born and without Queen Anne there would never had been such a greater queen than Queen Elizabeth the First of England.

Lady Karissa explains and without Prince Edward of Kent England would never had their second greatest Queen, Queen Victoria of England and without King James II and Queen Anne Hyde England would have never had the third greatest Queen of England.
