Lady Victoria Elizabeth Howard, Third Duchess of Norfolk Territory

Lady Victoria Elizabeth Howard is the eldest child of Lady Karissa Ann Howard, and eldest great-grandchild of Lord Andrew Charles Howard and Lady Karissa Elizabeth Carey-Howard nee Lowell and the first grandchild of Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane and Lord Richard Edward Howard.

Lady Victoria Elizabeth Howard is born in June of  2320 five years later after Lady Karissa marries her third cousin, Lord Frederick William Howard V, who is the grandson of Lord Frederick William Howard III and Lady Mary Grey, the second daughter of Lord Henry Grey, Duke of Suffolk Territory.

Lady Victoria is named after two her of famous ancestresses,  Queen Elizabeth I of England the greatest Queen of England who ever rules England and Queen Victoria who followed her and she is given her father's surname after all he is the great- great-grandson of Lord Frederick William Howard and Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort and she is the great-great-granddaughter of Lord Frederick William Howard as well and they are third cousins through Lord Frederick William two oldest sons, Lord Frederick William and Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR..

Lady Victoria Elizabeth is ten years old when her great-grandmother, Lady Karissa passes away and her brother, Lord Frederick William VI only five years old when Lady Karissa passes away at the age of 80, but they got both to know her and they adored her, and shortly after that their great-grandfather, Lord Andrew Charles passes away and Lady Karissa has given birth to her third child and second daughter, Lady Mary Georgiana Howard in 2330.

Lady Elizabeth so devastated at the death of her beloved mother, Lady Karissa and then her father, Lord Andrew Charles decided to abdicate as Duchess of Norfolk Territory in 2330 and Lady Karissa Ann becomes the Duchess of Norfolk Territory, but she is almost 36 years old and with Lord Frederick William Howard V by her side they undertake to govern the Dukedoms of Norfolk Territory and Gloucester Territory together.

Lady Karissa looks at her mother and says, " I will govern with Lord Frederick William. Does my great-grandfather say that I can't."

Lady Elizabeth looks at her daughter, " My father didn't stipulate anywhere his Last Will and Testament whereas you couldn't make your husband Duke-Consort."  Lady Elizabeth states.

"I did create your beloved father, Lord Richard Edward III, Duke-Consort with me and we governed Norfolk and Wessex Territory and you are still are the heiress of The Dukedom of Wessex territory as you are the first born child." Lady Elizabeth states.

"Mom, I have a brother, Lord Richard Edward Howard IV and he can have the Dukedom of Wessex , I already have the Dukedom of Norfolk Territory to govern and Lord Frederick William and I have the Dukedom of Gloucester Territory." Lady Karissa tells her.

Lady Karissa creates her brother, Lord Richard Edward IV the rightful heir of the Dukedom Of Wessex in the name of their great-great-great-great-grandfather, Lord Patrick William Howard.

Lord Richard Edward Howard IV who was born in 2301 at the time in 2330 is 29 years old and he is married Lady Florence Alexandra Williams, and they have two children, Lord Richard Edward V born in 2325 and a daughter who was just born name Lady Alexandra Elizabeth Howard in 2330.

Lady Karissa Ann and Lord Frederick William start to undertake what is still  trying to correct all the injustices that have taken place during mid to the later parts of 22nd century and carry on the work of what Lady Karissa started way back in 2275 starting with the birth of Lady Elizabeth and great accomplishments have been made such as Women's Right's,  Absolute Primogeniture, and making sure equality is spread across the United Federation of Planets.

The one thing Lady Karissa Ann wants to see implemented is the abolish of abortion of innocent children and she sets out on the task of making sure that young ladies and gentlemen realize if they are old enough to play -they are old enough to pay.
