Lady Samhain Wilhelmina Charlene, Duchess of Clarence Territory is the second child and daughter of Lord Andrew Charles and Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann has been Duchess of Clarence since the day she was born.
Whereas as her eldest sister, Lady Elizabeth has to wait until their father passes away or gets deposed as Duke of Norfolk Territory.
At the age of five year old, in 2281 takes her first official tour of Clarence territory but accompanying her is Lord Thomas William Howard, Duke of Northumberland Territory with his rifle loaded and Lord Richard William Carey seating by her as Lady Karissa carries Lady Samhain in her lap with his rifle loaded and Lord Frederick William Howard in front of the Howard carriage and along with Lord Patrick William and Lord Charles Andrew Howard III with loaded rifles to protect Lady Karissa and Lady Samhain.
Lord Andrew Charles orders them "Shoot to kill."
"Lord Charles Andrew Howard III, call out by order that non one is to approach the Howard carriage carrying My Duchess and Duchess of Clarence." Lord Andrew Charles tells his oldest brother.
Lord Andrew Charles kisses five year old Lady Samhain and he kisses Lady Karissa as he climbs out of the carriage and says, " Safe Journey and watch the carriage,Lord Patrick."
Lord Andrew Charles watches the Howard carriage pull out Beltane and finally out of sight.
The Howard carriage travels down the roads of Norfolk Territory and the people gather in the streets to see the Howard carriage carrying Lady Karissa and Lady Samhain as it heads for Clarence Territory but as people try to get near the carriage Lord Charles Andrew Howard calls out "By Order The Duke of Norfolk Territory. No one is to get near the Howard carriage carrying Lady Karissa and Lady Samhain, Duchess of Clarence Territory."
Lord Richard William gives Lady Karissa his hand and she stands with Lady Samhain and they wave to the people but Lord Frederick William won't let anyone near the carriage.
The carriage drives through Wessex Territory, and the entourage is joined by Lord Richard Edward Howard who ensures that Lady Karissa and Lady Samhain rides through Wessex Territory is unharmed and he carries a rifle on his shoulder and he calls out " I am Lord Richard Edward Howard JR, Duke of Wessex Territory, and by my order no one is to approach the Howard carriage."
The carriage journeys through Essex Territory and Lord David William ensures safe passage for the Howard carriage that carries Lady Karissa and Lady Samhain and he calls out " I am the Earl of Essex and no one is to get near the Howard carriage."
The carriage finally approaches Clarence Territory and the people start to gather in the streets as they see the Howard carriage drive down the streets and a little girl walks over to the carriage that carries Lady Karissa and Lady Samhain and Lady Karissa orders the carriage to stop and the little girl curtsy and says, "Please Milady accept these flowers in the behalf of Clarence."
Lady Karissa smiles and says," I will gladly accept your bouquet little lady and my daughter thanks you too."
The little girl curtsy to Lady Karissa and Lady Samhain and Lord Richard William Carey helps Lady Karissa with Lady Samhain show the good people of Clarence their new Duchess.
"I give you the right honorable Lady, Lady Samhain Wilhelmina Charlene Howard, Duchess of Clarence and she is the great-great-great-granddaughter of Lord Patrick William Howard through his son, Lord Frederick William, his son, Lord Charles Andrew SR, his son, Lord Charles Andrew JR and his youngest son, Lord Andrew Charles Howard, Fifth Duke of Norfolk Territory and with Duchess Samhain is her mother, Lady Karissa." Lord Richard William proclaims.
