8. Tour

As the young man approached their table, Emily and Taylor looked a bit confused. Madison just smiled.

"Hello girls", the young man said while drinking his bourbon.

"Hey very attractive young man", Madison said.

"Hello", Emily and Taylor said.

"You girls seem to be having fun", he said.

"Uh yeah, who are you exactly?", Taylor said.

"Sorry, manners, I'm Kai. Kai Parker, nice to meet you", he said.

"Nice to meet you Kai! I'm Madison Mikaelson, that's Emily Salvatore and Taylor Lockwood", Madison said while the other girls faked a smile.

"Well I'm new in town so maybe you could show me around tomorrow after school?", Kai said to Madison.

"Yeah sure!", she replied.

"Here's my number", Kai said as he got a pen from his pocket and wrote his number on the napkin, "Call me", he said winking at Madison and then left.

Madison was left blushing. She put napkin in her pocket and then looked at the girls who were looking at her very seriously.

"What?", Madison said.

"Nice to meet you Kai! I'm Madison Mikaelson, that's Emily Salvatore and Taylor Lockwood", Emily said imitating Madison, "Are you trying to get us killed!?"

"We don't know anything about him Madi, from all we know he could be a sociopath who wants to kill you or he could be a hunter", Taylor said.

"You're overreacting", Madison said.

"We're overreacting? We are just worried about your safety unlike you apparently", Taylor said.

"You were head over heels over a guy you just met", Emily said.

"He's attractive!", Madison said.

"What about little Gilbert? Weren't you two nearly a thing or something. You shouldn't break his heart", Emily said.

"No! We're just best friends!", Madison said.

"Mads we are trying to protect you", Taylor said.

"Well Tay guess what", Madison said.

"What", Taylor said.

"I don't need your guys' protection I am way more powerful than you two combined. Now if you don't mind I'm going home because I need to rest", Madison said and she got up and left.

"Wow she's really being a bitch now that she's a tribrid", Emily said.

"Just ignore her she's probably going through something and we don't know", Taylor said.

"Yeah she's going through the big bitch phase Taylor", Emily said, "I'm going home, do you mind paying for the food I'll give you the cash after"

"Sure, don't worry", Taylor said while taking the cash out of her purse and leaving it with the check, "See you tomorrow!"

"Bye Lockwood", Emily said.

The girls both left and parted their own ways. When Madison got home she went straight to her room and got ready for bed. She laid down in bed and grabbed her phone and texted Kai.
