21. Truth

In the tomb

After a while Taylor woke up. She was confused as to where she was and what happened. She looked around and saw that Katherine was still sleeping and saw Jeremy holding Madison in his arms.

"Mads?", Taylor went to her and hugged her, "Are you ok?".

"You're up, yeah I'm ok", Madison said.

"We're in the tomb right? That's why you guys can't get out", Taylor asked.

"Yeah", Jeremy said.

"I'll go see if I could get us some help", Taylor said as she walked to the entrance.

"Tay...", Madison said as Taylor tried getting through the entrance but couldn't.

"Why can't I leave?", Taylor asked as she kept trying to leave.

"You're in transition Taylor...", Jeremy said.

"What!?", Taylor said as she turned to them, "I can't be in transition I didn't drink any blood".

"Kai injected you with my blood and snapped your neck", Madison said.

"Matt is meant to feed you his blood but from what I heard was happening upstairs they all left to get Bonnie and Davina who disappeared", Jeremy said.

"What if he doesn't come on time?", Taylor asked worried.

"He will, you have 24 hours remember?", Madison said and Katherine woke up.

"Baby Lockwood is awake and so am I", Katherine said.

"I don't think so. Ad Somnum", Madison put Katherine to sleep again, "I was waiting for you to wake up so that I can try to get us out of here".

"Ok, then start trying to get us out", Taylor said.

Madison got up and started chanting a spell repetitively, "Phasmatos Salves Nas Ex Malon, Terra Mora Vantis Quo Incandis, Et Vasa Quo Ero Signos.".

"Is it working?", Jeremy asked.

"No. The spell needs to be done from the outside. We're stuck here until they get back", Madison said as she and Taylor sat down again.

"We'll get out, don't worry and Taylor, you'll survive", Jeremy said as he put his arm around Madison.

"Wait! They are killing Bonnie and Davina for no reason", Madison said.

"What do you mean?", Taylor asked.

"They don't need to kill anyone for the cure or to get Silas awake. They were given false information. Silas won't bring them back, they'll stay dead. All they need to do is feed Silas some blood", Madison said.

"Wait what?", Jeremy asked.

"Does someone have their phone with them? We need to call one of the others", Madison said.

"Use mine", Jeremy said and he gave her his phone.

Madison called Klaus and told him everything.

At the ritual

Kai was able to get to the location before the others seeing as he was only one person. The 12 witches were in a circle ready to be killed when the others arrived.

"Stop!", Kol shouted.

"There's no point in killing anyone else! Silas won't bring them back", Klaus said.

"You were given false information", Emily said.

"We were told that killing these people would awaken Silas", Kai said.

"They were lying. All you need to do is feed him blood, don't kill them. We promise that we'll let you have the cure and do whatever you want but don't kill Bonnie and Davina", Elena said.

"How do I know I can trust you?", Kai said.

"I know deep down that you cared for Madison. You trusted her. She was the one who told us the truth and believe me, you should trust her. She's more than 1000 years old she knows what she's saying. What if Matt doesn't feed his blood to Taylor. You're just going to kill her? I know you wouldn't do that. I know the way you looked at her and you did end up catching feelings for her, so please, do this for Madison", Stefan said.

"Let them go", Kai said.

Bonnie and Davina ran to the others and Bonnie hugged Elena and Caroline and Davina hugged Kol. The other 10 witches also left.

"Thank you", Caroline said and Kai vamped away.

"What do we do now?" Tyler asked.

"We need to get Matt to your sister and we need to get them out of the tomb", Elijah said.

"The more witches the more power", Freya said.

"Tyler, you vamp Matt there, Klaus vamps Freya, Kol vamps Davina and Caroline vamps Bonnie", Alaric said, "The others and I will be at the Mikaelson Mansion waiting for you guys".

They all agreed and they went there separate ways.

At the tomb

Taylor was getting a bit weaker but not too much. Madison had sat next to Taylor trying to keep her calm. Everytime Katherine woke up Madison put her back to sleep. After a while the others finally arrived.

"Taylor!", Tyler said.

"Mads!", Kol said.

"Hey!", they both replied but Taylor replied more weakly.

"Matt just get in there and feed her your blood", Caroline said and that's what he did.

"Taylor that's enough", Matt said but she didn't stop, "Ouch! That's enough!", she finally stopped.

"Sorry", Taylor said while wiping the blood from her mouth.

"It's ok", Matt said and he left the tomb, "You can start".

-

The witches got everything that was needed for the spell ready, took eachothers hands and started chanting the spell.

-

"Phasmatos Salves Nas Ex Malon, Terra Mora Vantis Quo Incandis, Et Vasa Quo Ero Signos.", Bonnie, Freya and Davina chanted.

-

They chanted for a long time until eventually the seal came down.

-

"Hurry! It's temporary", Freya said as the others kept chanting.

"Taylor, Jeremy go!", Madison said and they both left.

-

As soon as Madison was about to leave, Katherine woke up and attacked her.

"You're not leaving before me", Katherine said.

"Yes I am", Madison said, "Ad Somnun".

-

Katherine fell asleep again and Madison left. As soon as she left the seal closed again. Klaus immediately hugged Madison and then so did Kol and Freya. Tyler was hugging his sister. They went to the Mikaelson Mansion and what happened with Kai was explained.

an: Ok so basically Kai ended up letting them go but he's still not done with waking Silas up. This is a bit short but uh it's still good ig. The story is nearly ending so yeah, I'll most likely archive this when I post the new version but until then this piece of shit will remain here :).
