CHANGES

5. Chicago

During the drive to Chicago, Jeremy had texted both Emily and Taylor explaining what's going on and asking them to cover for him and Madison at school the next day. After an 11 hour drive they finally arrived in Chicago at around 5am and when they arrive Jeremy is sleeping. They drove to Stefan's Chicago apartment and they get out of the car, leave Jeremy in there and talk outside of the car.

"What are we going to do with the teenager in the car?", Elijah asked.

"We're going to take him inside and lock him in Stefan's apartment", Klaus replied.

"I agree, we can't have him interfering with this plan to get her back, if he sees her getting tortured he'll make us stop and she'll probably escape again", Rebekah said.

"Remind me, why did we bring him with us?", Elijah asked.

"He lent us his car and because we couldn't just leave him there. He would drive here by himself", Rebekah said.

"Let's just leave him in Stefan's apartment before he wakes up", Klaus says.

Klaus gets Jeremy out of the car and vamps him inside Stefan's apartment and Elijah and Rebekah vamp into the apartment too. They lock the windows then leave the apartment and lock the door with Jeremy inside. After that they start their search for Madison. They go to a few places they knew that she could be in and after that they went to Gloria's, the bar that the Mikaelson's and Stefan met back in the 1920's.

"Hello? Madison? Gloria? Anyone here?", Rebekah said.

"We're closed and Madison is not here", a voice said while emerging from the shadows.

"Gloria", Klaus said.

"Well if it isn't Klaus and Rebekah Mikaelson. Who's this attractive gentleman wearing the suit?", Gloria asked.

"I'm Elijah", Elijah replied.

"This is our brother, the one we told you about. He was daggered in a coffin back then. Isn't that right Nik", Rebekah said.

"Enough of that. Gloria have you seen our sister?", Klaus asked.

"Yes. She's the reason the bar is closed", Gloria replied.

"What do you mean she's the reason?", Elijah said confused.

"It's best if I show you", Gloria said to the siblings.

Gloria started walking to the other room and they followed her. When they entered the room all they saw was dead bodies that had been ripped apart and put together again.

"Geez, I haven't seen Madison do anything like this since Stefan left Chicago back in the 1920's without saying anything", Rebekah said.

"I remember. How did she turn it on again?", Klaus asked.

"Rebekah undaggered Kol and I, then we all tortured her in turns", Elijah said.

"Oh, right", Klaus said.

"What's your plan now? I can't have your sister kill all of my customers every time that I have my bar open", Gloria said.

"We were going to torture her again but we can't seem to find her anywhere", Rebekah said.

"Well have you-", Gloria said before she was interrupted by Elijah's phone ringing.
