7. New Orleans

an: Like I said at the end of the last chapter most of this will be set in New Orleans. Madison will reunite with a few people from there too. I might write her trip back to Mystic Falls in this chapter too but I don't know so just keep reading. Oh I never mentioned this I guess I forgot but Madison is a Hybrid because she shares the same dad as Klaus, so like Klaus she's the others half-sibling!

At around 5pm, Kol and Madison finally arrived in New Orleans. They drove to the Mikaelson house and Kol parked the car.

"Do you think Freya is home?"

"I don't know, she was when I left last night"

"Ok I'm going to look for her, I'll meet you down here in a bit Kol"

"Sure thing Mads"

Madison got out of the car, walked inside the Mikaelson house and looked for Freya. She couldn't find her anywhere so she went down to the basement and found Freya practicing magic.

"Hey stranger", Madison said and her sister turned around.

"Oh my god! Mads you're back already!?", Freya said as she got up from the floor, went to her sister and hugged her.

"Yes I am, but only for the weekend"

"It's better than nothing! I was starting to miss you"

"Of course you were, who wouldn't? I'm the best", Madison chuckled.

"Sure Madison", Freya chuckled.

"So how was Chicago? You have fun?"

"Oh that. It could've been better you know"

"Well that Salvatore brother was a fool for breaking your heart. We are all just glad you turned it back on"

"It's fine Freya, I'm over Stefan anyways"

"Ooooo new crush?"

"Maybe yes, maybe no. Will you ever know? No you won't"

"Wow that hurt my feelings", Freya said ironically.

"You know what?"

"What?"

"You should move to Mystic Falls that way you'll never miss out on anything. Then I could also have my sister help to figure out what's wrong with me"

"There's nothing wrong with you Madison. What are you bloody talking about?"

"Something strange has been going on. It has to do with my witch side, the side that was supposedly taken from me centuries ago"

"Wow, um well-

"We can talk about it later or tomorrow! Kol is waiting for me upstairs, we are going to Rousseau's, you should come with us! Oh my god please invite Keelin!"

"Sure, I'll come. Let me call Keelin and then I will meet you guys there"

"Ok see you in a bit!", Madison said and then she left the basement.

When Madison went upstairs she left the house and got in Kol's car again.

"I'm guessing she was there by the time it took you to come back"

"Yes she was, she's meeting us there with Keelin"
