Slug Fu Showdown

I got Slug Fu Showdown, so... Here we go!! I'm excited. I'm just gonna be putting down my thought process throughout the deal and then an actual post afterwards

Pronto is already annoying I'm sorry but seriously -_-

The Elementals are very childlike for the ultimate slugs, but it's kinda funny xD

There's Eli doing his thing with talking to slugs and being terrible at slugfu

Okay who is this little girl, I'm loving her. She looks like Master Cyclonis from Storm Hawks when she was young in the one flashback episode. The hair, the eyes... But the girl's not a crazy control freak I guess

No come back I like this little girl she rocks

Omg Junjie- "You've already named him?"

Eli: "Oh, yeah."

Junjie's obviously got some stuff to learn about Eli

"She's a she, not an it." HOW DO YOU EVEN TELL ELI ALL THE SLUGS LOOK THE SAME DUDE

Very creative name, Junjie, although that would be more fitting for a white slug. Whatever though, Yin is fine

Gosh dang it Pronto why don't we just walk around with a megaphone yelling 'We have the Elementals by the way!!!'

Does Mario Bravado have a show again? He's like a talk show host by the look of it

Oh gosh here we are the stupid spider place omg

Why are the spiders so huge

This would have been tons better if they made Eli arachnophobic. I would've paid to see that reaction

How does Junjie even know about this place? Eli's been in Slugterra longer than him and it seems he didn't know about it

Junjie you and Eli have very different ideas of what 'training' is

Who the heck are these spider psychos (Treasure Plant reference)

"Ha ha ha! You're gonna help me out, right?" Eli on this laughing gas is amazing. I've almost forgotten they're in a FLIPPING SPIDER NEST

Omg Eli got one of the spider psychos' arms (until I know what they are that's what I'm calling them). "Oh man I am SO sorry!"

Junjie how is this 'maximum pressure', Eli's on laughing gas over here and is having fun with this

"That is the stupidest uniform I have ever seen!" That's what I was thinking

Oh no creepy spider thing crawling around the edge of the camera. I'm 100% done with Spirex and I haven't even seen him yet

Oh. Seen him. 150% done.

Molenoids... *facedesk*

Wait a second is the Slicksilver named MAX? Is that a Max Steel reference? XD

Okay so Spirex wants to trigger the fault lines? So, we're gonna create a massive earthquake that he said will reduce everything to rubble. Well as long as he gets squashed I'm good

Spider's aren't happy in rubble if they're squished, dude

Ohhh that's Max Jackson not Mario Bravado

According to the credits the girl was Sally, voiced by the same person who voices Trixie. Sally looks a lot like Ren from RWBY, his voice actor Monty (also the creator of RWBY) just passed away. Wonder if that's a coincidence or what

Okay so I'm really keeping this short, but not exactly sweet

I wasn't a fan of Slugfu Showdown.

And not just because of the spiders

I'm not sure why, it was just like okay, spider psychos, Spirex, slugfu... Idk. It just wasn't as exciting as Return of the Elementals or especially Ghoul From Beyond- out of all the movies/specials they've done, Ghoul From Beyond is my favorite. What's everyone else's?

So yeah, I'm not too excited about this. Nothing insanely important like Junjie coming or Will returning, just Eli getting slugfu. I think his own lackluster enthusiasm drifted over to me, I'm not too adoring of slugfu xD
