Chapter 19 (Night Changes)

Xiumin POV

After I went out of Je Soo's room, I laughed silently. I don't want her to be embarrassed about it. Plus what makes her pulled her silky wavy hair at this hour. I'm asking about milk and she already gone insane about it. Unless she's thinking...eyy impossible. She's just too innocent and naive for that.

I ignore the thoughts that's playing inside my head and head down to the kitchen to drink the  milk. After drinking, I washed the cup and was about to go to sleep, until I heard someone trying to unlock the front door. I quickly hide myself behind the sofa and took a peek of who is dare enough to enter the house at this hour. But to think again how the hell did he got inside.

There was two dark figure coming in to the house. I see a girl and a guy just got back home. Are they drunk? I think to myself. But if they're drunk, how did they even know how to unlock the door. I was busy thinking when one of them started to whisper loudly.

"Chanyeol ah~ thank you for today. You made me feel good" she said.

"No worries babygirl~ in fact I should be thanking you for the sweet treats. Do you want more of that or are you gonna call it a day?" He said.

"Well since we're at your house...why not we continue where we stop shall we?" She said seducively.

I felt shiver running down my spine with their dirty talk. I mean I did that too but why am I feeling differently this time. Then the guy spoke again.

"We shall. But be quiet alright. The owner of this house is sleeping so we don't want to wake her up" he said.

"The owner is the girl?! I..." before she even continued the guy name Chanyeol stop her by kissing her lips softly. He then pulled himself away from her but judging by the girl's whine I think she wants more.

"Yeah she's a girl. Don't worry I don't love her. I only love you. I just wish she can see what we're doing right now. I bet her eyeballs will just come out to see this side of me" he said.

"I love you too Chanyeol ah~ now shall we?" She asked.

"We shall" he then lifted the girl up bridal style and brought her to the room that I'm supposed to sleep. I'm glad that I don't sleep there if not who knows what will happened. Before I followed them, I'm thinking hard about it. Who is he to Je Soo? Brother? Cousin? Boyfriend? Ay impossible if that guy is her boyfriend. She looks like someone that is loyal and will take care of her relationship. But I guess this guy is not that loyal to her or maybe nothing to her.

After I heard the door had been closed, i went to Je Soo's room to wake her up again.

"Je Soo wake up please" I said.

She didn't move a muscle. In fact she continue sleeping and snore softly. She looks cute when she's asleep. I was about to kiss her lips until an image of those two figure had to ruin it.

I tried waking her up again but his time a bit harsh. I take off her quilt and remove her bolster that she's currently hugging. She then opened her eyes and woke up instantly.

"What the..."I cupped her mouth and did a silence finger at my mouth.

She then remove my hand and slapped my arm.

"What do you think you're doing?! What do you want now? Milk? Go and get it yourself! I'm so sleepy and I'm hurt! Please just go and do whatever you want to do but don't disturb me!!!!" I just listened to her nag until she finished. I smiled looking at her at this hour. I never pay much attention to anyone's face before but when I see Je Soo she's totally different to all the girls  that I just killed.

"I'm sorry Je Soo. But there's something I need you to know" I said to her. She looked at me in anger but at the same time trying to focus to every word that I tried to say to her. I was about to continue until that guy's word name Chanyeol ring in my head " I just wish she can see what we're doing right now. I bet her eyeballs will just come out to see this side of me"

"Xiumin ah, what's wrong? Talk to me" she said concerned. I then looked her in the eyes and continue.

"Do you live alone in this house?" I sound ridiculous but I need to know if she's dating someone or not.

"I'm not alone though I have you here with me" she gave me that gummy smile that I love about her. I didn't know I was smiling ear to ear until she spoke again.

"Hey you're blushing. Stop blushing alright. Oh My Goodness this is so embarrassing." She then cupped her red cheeks and look down. I laughed a bit looking embarrassed like this. My smile then turn frown on what I'm trying to tell her in the beginning.

"That's so sweet of you but I need you to focus here. Before me, who is handsome and good looking Xiumin who come into your house" she rolled her eyes and cross her arms.

"Are you staying alone?" I sound a bit firm in my tone and she stay still in her bed.

"I'm mostly alone. But I have a boyfriend who is sleeping at the other room. Why out of the blue you asked me this question?" I was shocked to hear her answer. I felt confuse about her relationship. I mean like why don't they sleep together?

"I know that you're thinking about why I'm always alone and not sleeping with him am I right?" She asked me. She tilted her head and look at my confusing looks. She giggled for a while and continued.

"It's complicated you know? Both of us are busy with our work and we hardly had the time to spent time together. He's always away for work to manage his father's company's and I'm always busy with my write up articles. I understand that he's work is more harder than mine but it's his responsibility to get it done" she looked sad but she tried to hide it. I hate seeing her this way but then again who am I to say. She wants to cry but I hugged her right away.

"It's okay I'm here. If you need a shoulder to cry on, I'm here." She then tilted her head on my shoulder and cry. I heard her sniffed and cry softly. I patted her head and comfort her carefully because she still in pain from the cuts she made herself.

"Why out of sudden you asking me this question though? It's late already and we can continue tomorrow" she said.

I was about to reply  until we heard a glass shatter from the other side of the room. We were surprised by that and decided to take a peek on what happened. I stopped my pace when I was about to get out of her room. She didn't realised that I'm not following her anymore and she continue her pace to the room where her so called  boyfriend and his lover is in.

She was hesitated at first about opening the door until she heard a girl's voice, she then slammed it opened and gasp out loud. I wanted to see what the hell happened in that room but I know my existence would make it worst. I stood behind the door silently and listen to their  conversation. I couldn't listen properly so I try to lean against the door to get a better hearing and what I heard after, makes my blood boil.
