"So let me get this straight. The guy you met at Everyday supermarket happens to be the son of your mum's friend and your parents want both of you to get married?" Tee asked and I nodded

"What type of rubbish is that?" Doyin asked, obviously infuriated.

Not as much as I am

"That my dad and his dad agreed that when I'm up to twenty five and I don't have a man in my life that I'll marry him. God, he's so rude and annoying" I sniffed. I'm sure my face was swollen and my eyes red. A knock came on the door and my face snapped to Doyin "are you expecting anybody?"

"I called the guys" she replied and I nodded. She opened the door and the guys rushed in. Ogoo rushed to my side and hugged me. I hugged back and started crying again.

God. I'm being a cry baby

"Shhhh. It's okay baby. Stop crying" Ogoo whispered and rubbed my back. I nodded and tried to stop crying. I sniffed and sniffed until the tears stopped. He pulled away and looked at me "what happened? Doyin said you were crying so we came as fast as we could"

"Remember the rude guy I talked about on the group chat?" I asked and he nodded "he's a son to my mum's friend and she's forcing me to marry him.  That my dad and his dad agreed that when I'm up to twenty five and I don't have a man in my life that I'll marry him."

"Why will your mother do that?" Stanley asked

"And my dad too. Why will he do that and then die? I can't even hate him or shout at him" I wanted to cry again

"It's okay. I'll beat the motherfucker for you. Who is he?" Stanley asked and I smiled

"One Oladipo Kazeem or whatever" I replied and the girls gasped.

"Wait let me get this straight. The rude guy is Kazeem Oladipo?" Doyin asked in shock

"Errrm, yes?" I asked, not sure of my answer "do you know him?"

All of them were looking at me like I was crazy. Maybe I am coz my life right now doesn't exactly look sane.

"Everybody knows him. Why don't you?" Tee asked

"Everybody doesn't know him if I don't" I sassed

"What world are you living in?" Doyin asked incredulously

"Planet Earth, madam" I replied

"Obviously not" Stanley muttered

"Who is he?" I asked and none of them replied to me "Ogoo who is he?'

Ogoo cleared his throat and looked at me "his father is one of the top leading business tycoons in Nigeria and Kazeem is one of the eligible bachelors in Nigeria"

"So? How is that supposed to be my problem? That his father is rich doesn't mean he should be rude. His attitude is just zero. God, I just want to strangle him. And to think I'll be living with him for the rest of my life" I hissed

"True shaaa. It doesn't mean he should be rude" Tee replied

"And when did he move to Imo? I thought they were in Abuja?" Ogoo asked

"My mum said they moved here recently. His mum is from Owerri here so they decided to move here until he gets his inheritance from his dad, which by the way his dad is using to force him to marry me" I rolled my eyes "rich people self"

"As in ehhh! They have plenty problem" Doyin sighed

"Shut up abeg. You're rich people" I glared at her and she rolled her eyes "I'm hungry" I complained
