S.W.A.T. A new team member

Chapter 13

Hondo and his team moved out. They drove across South LA. At every warehouse they stopped and searched. They found no sign of her anywhere. Until they went to the last warehouse around eight o'clock in the evening.

Strong sat weak and bound in the corner of a small room. Her shin was open and bleeding profusely, she was also bleeding from her forehead. Her brother entered the room "You put mom and dad in jail! You're a real traitor, at the time I thought it was over the top the way mom and dad treated you but by now I don't think they did enough!" he yelled. Strong looked up at her brother and said weakly "Jacob you don't have to do this!" Her brother grabbed her by the collar and shook her. He yelled "Mom and Dad should have killed you right then!" Strong asked playing casual "So are you going to do it now?" Jacob pushed her to the ground "Yes but I'm going to make you suffer some more." He snapped his fingers and several men came up to her and fastened a rope around her neck. They tied the rope to the ceiling in such a way that as long as Strong stood, she would not die. He said with a grin, "I'm looking forward to removing your body!" He left the room along with his boys.

Hondo iref "Close the gaps!" They went inside the warehouse and saw several gunmen. They shouted several times "LAPD S.W.A.T. Drop your weapons!" They had to shoot two guys for not putting their guns down and shooting at Hondo's team. They arrested another five people. Among them was Jacob. Hondo angrily yelled at him "WHERE IS YOUR SISTER, ROMY STRONG?!" Jacob laughed maliciously "You'd like to know but I'm not going to tell you anything. I'll just tell them this. You have ten minutes at most to find her...or she's dead!" Luca and Deacon looked at each other in horror and ran. They shouted "STRONG! WHERE ARE YOU?" They ran through the rooms of the warehouse for several minutes but it was empty. They became frantic and Deacon dropped against a shelf. The shelf slid to the side and Deacon shouted "I found a secret passage!" Hondo and Street stayed upstairs with the arrestees. Tan, Deacon, and Luca walked through the passage and came to a small basement room. They were startled when they saw Strong "STRONG!" they shouted at the same time. Strong said weakly "I knew you would find me!" then she fainted and fell with her whole body weight in the rope. Deacon and Luca ran to her and held her down so she wouldn't choke. Tan cut the rope and Deacon took her in his arms. Deacon took her to the exit closely followed by Tan and Luca. They called an ambulance, to the warehouse.
Strong was taken to the hospital. Hondo's team went after the ambulance. They had to wait in the ER waiting room, after five minutes Hicks, Lynch and Chris also arrived at the hospital. Chris ran up to her teammates and asked "How is Romy?" Street replied "She's fine so far. She's not in any danger of dying, she has a fractured tibia." Chris exhaled in relief and slumped down in a chair. Deacon sat down next to her and continued to wait.
