"WHAT?!!"

"Do you want to be a Samurai?  We could use all the help we can get."

"What?  You need help, doesn't Oda Nobunaga have an army?"

"Yes he does, but they will not survive.  We need strong and honorable men to fight."

"I'm neither of those, I can not fight with samurai.  I'll die for sure."

At this point our voices began to raise and another fight could break out.  Leyasu walked up to a dead samurai and pointed at him.

"This fight is proof that we need help and that you are strong and honorable.  We would all be dead if it wasn't for you.  A storm has been brewing in Japan, I believe that this is just the beginning."

"This fight was pure luck.  They were careless which helped me kill them.  Look I'd like to help, but..."

If I helped them I could alter history, i can't risk being kicked out of this world and it would be for nothing and I would lose a page from the book.  It was to great a risk, I couldn't risk it.

"I'm sorry Leyasu, I can't.  I would drag you down.  I'm not a samurai, and I have no place with them."

Leyasu turned away obviously disappointed with my decision.  I thought he wasn't going to speak so I began to walk away when he replied.  "If you ever change your mind, meet me at the castle.  And you do have a place with samurai, we are in debt to you."

I bowed, said thank you, and walked away.  Leyasu was right, a storm has hit Japan.  Now we are in the Eye of the Storm, but soon the storm will hit again even harder than before.  I should help them, but I couldn't.  If only I could warn Oda about the battles about to come forth.

I walked into the calm serene forest, this is why I couldn't be a samurai.  I preferred to be alone and in the forest.  I wanted to be a warrior, but I didn't have the heart.  I was tired of Kyoto, it would become to bloody for me.  I decided to leave for awhile, maybe go to Mt. Fugi.  Tokyo isn't far from Mt. Fugi, I'll go there.

454 kilometers, that's how far I have to go.  It would be a long time before I get there.  That means a lot of time to hunt and explore.
