She was wrapped up in the bed. Her arms and legs were pulled closer to herself to conserve the warmth; she wasn't supposed to be in bed at this time of the day but they'd been on a big walk for about four hours with three of them being uphill and now her human self was tired. She'd already showered and now was a time to rest before making dinner. Her eyes were closed but she wasn't sleeping; just resting.
Wiping the towel over his head Derek looked around from his exit of the bathroom, having just had a shower, with his brows furrowed. He expected to see her in the kitchen or at the table working and yet when he spotted her urging closer to sleep he couldn't help the amused smile which fell on his face. Plodding over to the bed, he sat down beside her before lying down pressing his chest to her back and wrapping his arm around her.
"Is this you being tired from a fairly easy walk?" He asked amused and her eyes bolted open.
"Fairly easy?" She scoffed, "it was three hours up hill and then another hour down," she reminded turning around to look at him, "that's only easy for people who spend their life training and as someone who spends their life cooking I can assure you it was not easy. Just because you have the stamina of a wolf, Hale, does not mean my little human legs do."
"You're little human legs?" He repeating fighting the urge to laugh and she laughed herself batting her hand against his shoulder.
"Don't laugh at me."
"I'm not laughing."
"I can see it on your face, you're laughing," she reminded and he grinned in turn.
"Maybe I am laughing a little bit."
"You're definitely laughing."
"So what is it about you?" Kali asked as she looked Margo up and down with her disgusting smirk. Margo was stood pressing her teeth together in an effort to hide her fear and she was trying to stand tall but it was hard to do so when you had three alpha werewolves surrounding you. One of them was too close for comfort. Her head was strained backwards her eyes flickering between the three of them in hopes of catching their every move. "How did you catch the heart of an Alpha werewolf?"
"I don't know what you're talking about," she muttered although she did.
"Yeah, you do. A poor old boring human being caught by the big bad wolf," Kali scoffed, "and now this poor little human is going to suffer for it."
"Whatever you're going to do, you don't have to," Margo urged her voice quiet and dripping with fear as she tried to cower away from them.
"Derek killed Ennis."
"S-so what? Do you kill me? Do you kill someone else? Then he'll kill one of you and on and on it goes until everyone's dead...there's only one way this isn't going to end with everyone dead," she reminded, "you can stop the bloodshed. You don't have to be a monster..." she urged and as her eyes flickered to the twins she could almost see one of them thinking about it. As if he knew that what she was saying was the truth.
"He's too weak to kill any of us," Kali scoffed.
"And yet he killed Ennis."
Growling out of anger, Kali swiped out her claws and it hit the humans stomach with four deep cuts which went from around her hip to her belly button. Groaning out of pain, she tried to fall back. "Take her," Kali ordered to the two twins who grabbed onto her. The blood began to seep into her shirt and stain the skin and it just kept pouring.
"-and then you crack the eggs into the flour boat," she ordered gesturing to it and Derek looked down peering into the middle of the flour boat before he looked up at Margo.
