Cora was fine. At her request, Margo had made her some food which consequently ended up making Peter food as well although she didn't eat any. She was too worried about Derek who they'd moved to the sofa so that he could be supported in his unconscious state. Bringing the cup of coffee closer to herself, she took a sip before pulling it back down.

A soft groan fell from Derek's lips and they all turned their attention to him as he opened his eyes and tried to push himself up. "You're okay!" Derek muttered as he saw Cora who rushed over to him.

"I'm doing much better than you are right now! And all because of you."

"Hopefully not all for nothing..." Peter droned and Margo rolled her eyes as she looked over at him, "The moon is rising, Derek. You drained your battery all the way to the red, and there is a fully-charged Alpha on her way to rip you limb from limb."

"I'll be fine in a few hours," Derek assured.

"I sincerely hope so, because a few hours is all that you have," Peter said and Derek shot him a glare. Lydia was stood in the corner on her phone texting someone.

"Do you need anything?" Margo muttered to Derek and he shook his head. "Are you sure? Coffee...food... cake... anything else," she trailed off and he shook his head again.

"I'm fine," he assured but something was telling her that he did need something he just wasn't telling her. That once more he was separating himself and the distance was getting just a little bit too much for him to handle.

"Ethan's on his way over," Lydia suddenly said and the three looked at him confused, "he's here to help."

"We know about the lunar eclipse, so don't think Kali's gonna sit around waiting for it to level the playing field. She's coming, and my brother's coming with her," Ethan said and Peter nodded being the first to respond.

"Good enough for me. Derek?"

Derek scoffed as he looked over to his uncle and Margo looked between them confused. It was more the outrageous expression that seemed to have been painted on Derek's face considering she thought that running away seemed like the best option. Sometimes, it was better to live than to keep your pride.

"You want me to run?"

"No, I want you to stay and get slaughtered by an Alpha with a psychotic foot fetish. Of course, I want you to run, sprint, gallop, leap your way the hell out of this town!" Peter trailed off and Derek remained silent and instead looked to Cora.

"If you want to fight and die for something, that's fine with me. But do it for something meaningful."

He then looked to Margo. Not being able to say anything, she shrugged but he knew what it meant. She agreed with Peter. "How do you know I'm gonna lose?" Derek asked as he looked between the three of them.

"We don't...But, I'll bet she has an idea. Don't you, Lydia?" Peter mused as he turned to look at Lydia who froze as the attention was turned to her.

"I don't know anything."

"But you feel something, don't you?"

"What do you feel?" Derek urged.

"I feel like... I'm standing in a graveyard."

Ethan, Lydia, and Peter were hanging back as Derek and Cora packed a quick bag and after a second Derek looked over to Margo who was stood watching him. "You're not packing," he pointed out and she nodded pressing her lips together for a moment.
