Staring around the Hale house she wondered whether she was correct. If he really was in there then what was he doing and why was he there. Why everything in the past seven years had been a complete and utter lie? That's all it was. That's all it was going to be. It made her sick. Some part of her didn't even want to go in but she had to know.
She'd been smarter this time. Instead of heels and a dress she had converse and leggings (a choice she regretted since the waist-band dug into her stomach). Never had the thought come to her that she'd ever had to be running for her life from Derek. It just didn't seem true. None of this seemed real, but she had to know.
Grabbing onto the bannister she used it to drag herself up in hopes of battling all the energy that had completely left her recently. It was also in order to prevent the bruises from hurting that stuck to her. They still hurt. She didn't bother knocking, she only pushed the door open to listen to that horrible creaking sound as she entered the house. If this was the moment she died then she'd be purely filled with horror and her afterlife wouldn't be very fun. Walking into her own death.
Swallowing the fear that had resonated within her, she took in a breath her eyes looking around for any sign of movement, "Derek?" She whispered, fearful that if she did not then she'd scream it.
There was a sensation behind her and as she turned around she came face to face with him. His misery was like looking into a mirror.
                              "Margo."
"I thought you'd be here," she admitted, he stayed silent. She waited for him to say something, anything.
                              And she waited.
                              And waited.
                              And he did not.
"You're going to tell me the truth," she finally said bringing her hand up to her head and her eyes closed as she thought about it. It felt so unreal like all of this was some game that she couldn't play and she didn't like that kind of game. Pulling her hand away, she released a breath as she looked to him again, "you're going to tell me who you are."
It was safe to say the previous night had not done their friendship any favours.

A ringing came to her ears first and it was followed by a strong ache that started in her head and pulsed throughout her body. It wasn't fun. She wanted nothing more than to go back to sleep but choosing to ignore it, she forced her eyes open only to come to a blurred sight of darkness. It wasn't too dark but she had to question what time it was and it was a question that she couldn't answer.
"Margo?" A voice whispered, she recognised it but she couldn't pin it.
With droopy eyes, she looked around until slowly they managed to focus on the sight of Derek tied up to a metal fence. It took a few seconds before her face pulled into a baffled grimace, "what?" She asked, trying to move but plastic dug into her own wrists. Glancing over at them the confusion only grew upon seeing that there were zip-ties on her own wrists.
"What are you doing here?" He asked, his face was contorted with the emotional pain and panic but she was just filled with nothing.
"M-me? What am I... what am I doing here?" She muttered flopping her hands up and down as she tested the zip ties. She couldn't tell you what she was testing them for but she was testing them regardless. Everything hurt and felt so foggy. "I was going to the store...no... yes... no...oh..." she finalised managing to regain enough memory to know what happened.
Before anything else could be said footsteps came from the stairs and Kate walked in with about as much confidence as a lion had. Margo didn't like the look of it. "Oh, the pretty one's awake," she mused as she walked over to Margo and crouched down in front of her. She tried to sink back into the wall but like with most walls it was solid and didn't let her do so. If there was any time to jump into the earth and hide beneath a plant it was this time.
