You stare at the band performing on your school's stage.

After they finish with their song, the three boys disappear from the stage and your classmates burst into question.

"Were those holograms?" asks one girl.

"Yes, definitely holograms," Julie agrees.

"How did you set it up?" asks the stage guy.

"I put it in before the show," Julie points at the projector.

"They could see us while we were playing with Julie, but now they can't?" asks a boy, standing right next to you.

"Hmm."  The dark haired boy waves his butt in a cheerleaders face to no reaction, "Yeah, they can't see us!"

"I wish I couldn't see you," complains the light haired boy.

You clear your throat and the three boys startle, and look to you.

"I think that person can see us," exclaims the dark haired boy.

You wiggle your fingers and wink, before striding off, expecting them to follow you.  Which they do.

"How can you see us?" the light haired ghost asks.

You shake your head, not responding, still leading them.

Once you're in an area where no one will see or hear you turn to the three boys, "How did you do that?"

"I think you need to answer our questions first," demands the first boy.

"Names first, I'm Y/n L/n."

"Luke Patterson," the first boy who spoke.

"Reggie Peters," the dark haired boy.

"Alex Mercer," introduces the blond.

"Pleasure, now that we've gotten that out of the way, what would you like to know?"

"How can you see us when we're ghosts?" asks Luke.

"I'm a decedent of the Greek god, Hades.  Now on to my question, how were others able to see you?"

"We don't know, it's all a mystery to us, we just became ghosts a couple days ago," Reggie says.

"Well if you have any questions, come to me."

It's been a couple days since you met the band, and have talked to all of them, but especially Reggie, you and him have conversations about anything and everything.

You step into the busy coffee shop, excited to hear all the bands perform.

You glance over the crowd, noticing a few music producers.

For the bands, you think.  There is also one girl, who you recognize Flynn, she's best friends with Julie, so that means most likely the Phantoms are going to preform.  Hopefully better than the last time they tried to play.

"Y/n!" exclaims a voice.

You startle and turn, seeing Reggie.  Keeping eye contact with the ghost, you pull out your phone.

"Hi, Reg.  Are you performing tonight?"

"Yep!" Reggie exclaims, understanding what you're doing.

"Can't wait to see you on stage!  Good luck!"

"I don't need good luck, I have you."

A blush spreads across your face and you stutter a reply.

A smile crosses Reggie's face at your reaction and you scowl at him.

"Reggie!" Luke calls, from closer by the stage.

"I think that's my cue," Reggie frowns.

"Good luck," you repeat, to which Reggie just smiles at you.

You meet the boys, who are standing by Julie and Flynn.

"Y/n!" the boys chorus.

"You three were amazing," you complement.

"Wait!  You can see them?" asks Flynn.

"Didn't they tell you?"

"We don't even know who you are," Julie comments.

"Surely the boys told you about our meeting?"

Julie and Flynn shake their heads so, you glare at the boys.

"I'm Y/n L/n, decedent of the Greek God, Hades."  You do jazz hands as you say sarcastically, "Yay!"

Julie and Flynn continue to stare so you press on, "Being the decedent of Hades allows me to see, talk, and touch the dead."

"Why didn't you tell me this?" Julie asks Luke, Alex, and Reggie.

"Not our secret to tell," Reggie claims.

"You have a great night," you say, walking away.

"Wait!" Reggie calls.

"Hmm?"

"Can I walk you home?"

"Sure."

You walk out the door while Reggie, just passes through.

"Thanks for walking me home.  That was really nice of you."

"Oh," Reggie blushes, "it's no big deal.  Anyone would have done it!"

You shake your head at Reggie's behavior.

"I'm glad you're able to see us," Reggie says, out of nowhere.

"Yeah?"

"Yeah.  Or else I wouldn't be able to make a move on you."

"A move on me?"

"Yep!  I wouldn't be able to take you to the movies, or to dinner."

"Well you can't anyway, you can't eat and you don't have any money."

"I'm trying okay!" Reggie exclaims, pretending to be annoyed.

"Hmm," you ponder.

"Hmm, what?"

"Well, I was thinking if I would be able to get you to be visible, if only for a short time, to other people, that aren't me or Julie."

"Then I'd really be able to take you out."

"But right now, I think you'll have to settle with kissing me goodnight."

"I think I can deal with that," Reggie says, leaning in.

"I think I can, too," you whisper, also leaning in.

A quick brush of the lips, but enough, for right now.
