You grasped his hand, gently pulling him along whilst you rambled eagerly about what you wanted to show him. The others trailed behind, amused by your childlessness. Porco wore the softest smile and willingly let you guide him wherever you wanted.  You stopped in the middle of four large trees.
"Here!" You said looking proudly at the trees.
"Nice." Colt said, quite disappointed by what you showed the group. You sighed and pointed to a giant pile of wood behind you.
"Treehouses. I want to build treehouses while we're here." You said with a smile.
Marcel's eyes lit up and he looked at Colt. Reiner shook his head and Porco just quirked an eyebrow.
"You wanna build treehouses? How old are you?" Porco asked looking down at you with a chuckle and a shake of his head.
"It'd be awesome. We could build one each and have like a flying fox to travel around!" You said eyes shining.
"There are four trees," Reiner stated.
"I'll help the kid." Porco said, resting an arm on your shoulder. You huffed at the child bit.
"Okay cool. Let's start it tomorrow. We can stop by somewhere so get stuff that we need." Marcel said. Colt nodded.
"Let's go for an afternoon swim. Maybe check out a restaurant for dinner?" He said. You smiled at this.
"Sick of my cooking already?" You asked. He was taken aback.
"N-no! Never! Your cooking is amazing. I just wanted you to have a break today." He said sheepishly rubbing his neck. Reiner smiled at you.
"I think that's a good idea. We can't over work our petal, can we." You smiled at their thoughtfulness, before turning to the Galliard brothers. You had started walking back to the house, navigating your way through the gardens.
"Are you two okay?" You called out to them. Marcel responded with a thumbs up and Porco gave a faint nod. They had seemed to be deep in conversation, brows furrowed and Porco looked annoyed and bothered.you stopped and let them catch up, not asking what their talk was about. If they wanted to tell, they would tell.

Once back at the house, Reiner opened the fridge and pulled out a couple of beers. It was about one in the afternoon; nowhere near time to be drinking. But Colt Reiner and Porco each took a beer. You laid curled up on the couch, Marcel playing with your hair with feather-light touches.

You drifted off, Marcel's fingers still toying with your hair, the strands slipping through his fingers.

"Right." Colt turned to the other men once you were in a slumber deep enough to not be disturbed by quiet chatter. "So what's with all the secretiveness?" He asked. They all knew what was talking about.

"None of your-" Porco was cut off by Colt raising his hand.
"Shut up for a moment." He said staring Porco down. Porco looked taken aback and obeyed Colt.
"(Y/n) and I have both noticed it and you've worried her. What's going on?" Marcel sighed and looked down at your sleeping figure.
"Porco likes (Y/n)."
"Hang on wait! I do not!" Porco spoke indignantly.
"Shh!" Reiner pointed to you as you shifted in your sleep.
"Right. He's interested in her." Marcel corrected himself with a roll of his eyes.
"Yeah I know that. It's obvious." Colt said tapping his chin. "But Porco, is it romantic or platonic?"
Porco stiffened. He looked down at you contemplatively.
"I don't know." He said honestly. Reiner sighed and Colt and Marcel groaned in disappointment.
"What do you mean "I don't know?"!" Colt yelled, causing Reiner to wack him gently upside the head. He apologised sheepishly and turned back to Porco.

"She's alright I guess. But I don't know. I've known her for like six days man. Don't rush me." Porco said rubbing his face tiredly before leaning backing into the couch. He was sitting next to your sleeping form and Reiner. He looked at you curiously as you slept. He extended his hand to read out and tuck a stray piece of hair behind your ear.

"You're right. Take your time." Reiner said, watching Porco as he took over Marcel's role.  Marcel gently shifted you so that your head was resting on Porco's thighs.

The three other boys left, heading to the beach for a swim like they planned. Porco sat with you resting on his lap for twenty minutes before falling asleep himself. At around 2:30pm, you woke up.

You looked up to see Porco's sleeping face. It made him look so much younger, much softer and kinder. You reached a hand out to trace his defined jawline with a finger. Cupping his face lightly, he almost nuzzled into your hand eliciting a small giggle from you. Sleep drawing you back into it's grasp, you dropped your hand, it falling onto Porco's larger one. And you drifted back off into a slumberland, free of worry and stress.

Porco awoke an hour later, to see Colt and Reiner taking pictures. He glared at them, unable to move as he was restrained by you sleeping. He growled and made crude gestures with his hands, mimicking killing them. They laughed quietly at his hostility and walked away. He sighed, a little bit annoyed and caressed your hair once more. You shifted slightly, your eyes fluttering open to look up at him once again.
"How was your nap princess?" His voice was slightly more husky and it caused a light powdering of pink to settle on your cheeks.
"S-sorry!" You stuttered out, getting up hastily.
"Woah hey calm down. You're in no rush." He said with a hand on your back as you sat up. You smiled at him apologetically to which he returned with a slight confused tilt of his head.

The other three materialised out of thin air, smiling goofily.
"So lovebirds, as you have had your nap, let's go look at the shops near the beach and have dinner there!" Marcel said excitedly. Still caught on the lovebird part, you nodded in a daze.
"Alright, Up you get. Let's get ready." Reiner pulled you up by your arm and led you to your room.
The outfit he had laid out was cute; it was in your favourite colour and was a cut that flattered your figure. It was a beachy sort of look whilst still being quite mature, perfect for tonight.
You hugged him, looping your arms around his neck.
"I love it! Thanks Reiner!" He chuckled and hugged you back.
"Not a problem petal. It's from all of us." He said, leaving the room. "Take all the time you need, we'll wait."
