I walked through the doors of the Humphrey apartment with a nice tan and still dressed in my beachwear. Olivia sat in the kitchen with Dan.
"Oh lovely, I returning from a mini break and the bad seed is still around." I drawled
"Hello Rose. I was hoping we could talk." I roll my eyes and lift my sunglasses up "I am so, so sorry."
"So you've said, but I no longer care. Daniel." I kiss his cheek and walk into the bedroom. Dan follows me in and closes the door. I remove my sun hat and glasses then sit on the bed taking off my shoes.
"Are you still mad?"
"Being mad would apply I care, she's no longer on my radar. I missed you, though." I grinned
"She apologised what else can she do?" I strip to change into some more comfier clothes
"Leave." I chirp and pull out one of his t-shirts "Humm, no I think I prefer just your t-shirt." I walk past him and head into the kitchen ignoring Olivia "You know what I would really love your Dad's waffles. I must go over tomorrow." I pulled out some chicken and move around the kitchen pouring out a glass of cola
"I'll just go."
"No Olivia." the door closes and i turn back round to face him. He's scowling with his arms folded "Was that necessary?"
"Wha?" I question with a mouth full of chicken
"You're being stubborn, you and Blair have done worse." I swallowed and took a sip of cola
"That's because we're certified bitches. You knew this when we started dating." I shrug
"Yes I did, but apparently you're not treating Vanessa the same."
"Vanessa is different. Her thing with my brother was mutual and he wasn't with Blair and any scheming in the past and been for a reason, usually because Nate was being a dick. She didn't humiliate me" I reasoned
-A week later-
I had got a text from Serena asking to have brunch. I sat waiting for her and she rushed in.
"Sorry, sorry. KC has me delivering James Franco's underwear." she breathed sitting down across from me.
"Boxers or briefs?" i smirk and she laughed we ordered and while we were waiting for our food she got to the point.
"KC is bugging me about how Olivia spending too much time with Dan. The tabloid are making look like he's loosing interest in you while taking interest in her.
"Oh I know, they try and corner me into talking. What do you want me to do?" I wonder taking a sip of my water.
"She needs to be seen with her co-star boyfriend but he's in Canada. His career is helped out by dating her. So anything that makes her hang out less with Dan."
"Oh Serena you just made my day I would be happy to help and scheme." I grinned clutching my hands together
I arrived back home. Nate and Dan were lazing about watching something on the laptop. Something they didn't want me to see because they shut it immediately.
"What are you guys doing?" I ask suspiciously
"Nothing." they reply I slowly walk forward then reach for the laptop and snatch it. "No, Rose." I open it up the paused scene of an Endless Knights film.
"Endless knight? Huh." I walk around "Nathaniel."
"Yeah?" I ask apprehensively
"Leave." I turn, he grabbed his things and left without saying anything else. I close the laptop and put it down. Then remove my heels.
"You're not shouting or having a go at me."
"Why would I be doing that? You're watching a movie. Lot's of friends watch movies. You want to be friends with Olivia, go ahead, just leave me out of it."
"Your handling this well."
"Thanks Babe." I kiss him him and he returns it pulling me closer then we stumble to the bedroom.
