Thanksgiving day, this should be entertaining. I plan to do nothing except sit back and watch. We stepped out of the elevator.
"Opening is his job Mom. That's why he's called a doorman. It's not derogatory" Vanessa told her mother. Dan and I shed our coats and handed them to be hung up
"Rufus, thank you so much for welcoming us." Gabriella greeted
"Welcome." I made my way over to Lily..
"Lily, Cece you're here and looking well." I hugged both of them
"It's nice to see you Rosalie. College becomes you." CeCe complimented and i stood next to Lily.
"CeCe this is Gabriella Abrams and her daughter Vanessa. This is CeCe, Lily's Mom."
"It's lovely to see you. Hello Daniel."
"You're looking well, CeCe." Dan smiled. Lily looked like she was getting a headache.
"I am aren't I?"
"Are you okay, Lily?" I questioned concerned.
"Yes, I'm fine. Why don't you go get yourself something to drink." she suggested. I nodded not really buying it but I guess now was not the time to be asking such questions. More people started to arrive. Including my brother.
"Chuck!" I ran over and hugged him. He laughed spinning me around. I barely get to see him anymore and the last time I did was the election.
"Never thought you'd be this happy to see me, Rosie." he smiled putting me down
"Well since we're both so busy the last time I actually saw you, was the election. I've missed you."
"As I have missed you. In fact can we talk." i nod and pulled him to my old room.
"So what's up."
"I think Serena might need you help. I know she might not take it from Blair, me and Nate." He told me. I scowled folding my arms
"What's going on?"
"We think she might have something going on with Tripp Vanderbilt. According to Nate and Blair nothing has happened but we both know the law of attraction."
"What do you expect me to do?" I wondered not getting why he wanted me involved
"What you always do, be yourself. You can strike fear in the bravest of men, Blair can scheme her way you're more subtle as a brick, straight to the point. If things should become more serious it's doubtful Tripp would leave his wife, but Serena doesn't see that." he explained
"Serena is ever the optimist she realises things to late. Okay um prepare for the worst, hope for the best. Have Andrew look into Tripp, Maureen and the imitate family. There is always secret buried. Especially in families like theirs. I'm the last resort. Lovely, just as I was planning on watching the drama." I left my room. I found Tripp and Serena talking
"Oh lovely just who I wanted to see. I'm only gonna say this once and to the both of you. Whatever is going on, it ends now."
"Excuse me?" Tripp questions
"Right if everyone could take their seats." Rufus called and I head to take my seat next to Dan. I sat down and started plating my food.
"CeCe tell me everything about Rufus and Lily's wedding. I was boycotting the floral industry or i would have been there." Gabriella spoke
"Sadly I wasn't invited. My son in law felt it better I didn't attend." CeCe replied
"Rufus!" Gabriella exclaimed. I leant in to my boyfriend
