Chapter 4: just like me

An early morning start began my day with my normal routine and then some training. I decided to change into new outfit that of course oto-san choose... So it was girly. It had a skirt that was blue and white same with the top but had cut off sleeves and kind of arm warmers or something but I guess it looked okay. It was easy to move around in and I could hide things like my scrolls, medical things, and ninja tools. "Akuma!" I turned around and was knocked over by Naruto. "I'm sorry! Are you okay?" I nodded standing up and brushing off my skirt. "New outfit? It looks nice." I nodded again and I continued to only nod until we Reached the academy and Naruto busted through the door. "Okay, now today is the day you all pass... I hope." Sensei trailed off as we all took out seats. "I will call you in one by one to do the test. Please wait patiently." He then began calling names and more and more students began to leave. Soon I was called into the room by iruka Sensei. "Hello Akuma. The test will be to make 3 clones." I nodded. "May I ask a question?" Iruka looked at me confused and the nodded. "If I make extra can I get a different color head band?" Iruka chuckled. "Why not?" I smirked and lazily made 6 clones each one began to talk to each other. "Wow... You pass... Which color did you want?" I quickly answered. "White.." He dug behind him and then pulled out a white cloth shinobi head band. "Thanks." I tied it around my forehead and left quietly. Once outside I heard the sound of Fangirls... Hm, probably Sasuke. "Akuma! Help meeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!" Of course oto-San was being Attack by Fangirls. I mean he looks no older that 18 in which he's actually that age. I just call him that because he is my father figure. "Oto-san?" I walked towards him and pulled him away. "Look." I pointed to my headband in which in response he picked me up and twirled me around. "I'm proud. I just got mine too!" I then pointed to Naruto who was sitting on the sing under a shady tree. "Let's go see what's wrong." Oto-san and I walked over and I sped up my pace once I realized he was crying. "Na-ru-to?" I said his name in a different way than normal. "Hey guys!" Oto-san greeted Naruto by ruffling his hair. "What's up?" He asked. Naruto looked down "I failed it... Again...." I sat down on the swing next to him and began to kick my feet. "I can't become hokage like this.. And I will become hokage! I just need to become stronger!" I looked at the boy sitting next to me and then suddenly a large pound in my chest made me fall off the swing and onto the ground. "Good to see you again, kurama." I patted as another shockwave hit me with a loud 'ba-dump' "yes, long time no see Itozo." I began to feel normal again and stood up. "I'm sorry Naruto. I will see you later. Oto-san. We need to talk." I waved bye to the confused Naruto. Once we reached our house I pulled him inside and closed the door. "His name is Itozo. Naruto has the nine tailed fox kurama. Sealed inside him." Oto-san only chuckled. "I know. I knew once we first met him." I pulled my shirt up only enough to show my seal. "Itozo is here." I pointed to the seal. "Now I finally know. Thanks." I walked out the door and began wandering the streets. Until I saw Naruto carrying a huge scroll and I decided why not follow him? Soon I saw iruka and concealed my chakra and began using my Kekki Genkai. Invisibility, mind-reading, chakra suck, jutsu copy, ect. Until I saw "GOTCHA!" Iruka yelled loudly. "About time nose-bleed! I found you!" Naruto laughed. "No! You fool! I found you!" Iruka popped an anime vein. "Heh... I guess you have got me. To bad you were so fast. I've only memorized one technique." I squinted my eyes. "You look exhausted what have you been doing?" "Wait'ill I show you! I've never dreamed... Some of the shinobi art are so amazing!!!" Naruto yelled. "If I show I've mastered these techniques you'll have to let me graduate!" Naruto smiled brightly. "So you came here to Procter your ninjutsu?... Working yourself to exhaustion..." Iruka stood there staring at Naruto. "Naruto..." "Yeah?" Hm? "What's up with that scroll her carrying?" Naruto turned to look at the large scroll on his back. "What... This? Master mizuki told me about it. And about this place!" He put his hand into a jutsu formation. "He said if I could show you I'd learned the techniques in this scroll... You'd let me become a shinobi!" Iruka's shocked expression said it all. I then noticed mizuki-sensei's presence so did iruka. he pushed Naruto out of the way just in time to be punctured by shinobi weapons. Mizuki sat in top of the branch above and held two really large shuriken on his back. "I'm impressed you figured out where to go." Mizuki smirked. "Now I understand!!" "The scroll, Naruto. Give it to me." Mizuki and iruka became dead serious. "Hey! What is this?! I mean come on!" Naruto looked back and forth between the two Sensei. "Don't let him have it, Naruto! Protect that scroll with your life!" I began to feel like I wanted to join the fight, like I wanted to jump in and Attack. "It's more dangerous than you can imagine. It holds the record of a completely forbiddin monk art!" Mizuki stood one hand in his hip. "Mizuki used you because he wants it for himself!!" Iruka exclaimed. "Naruto even if you've read it. It will be meaningless! I can show you what it means!" Iruka's eyes popped open. "Sh-Shut up you fool!" Iruka yelled at mizuki. "You... Know what really happened in the incident where the fox demon was sealed up again twelve years ago, don't you...? Since that incident... The people of our village have been bound by the strictest decree." Naruto looked up at mizuki confused. "I don't remember any decree..." Mizuki looked down at the two. "You wouldn't. Part of that decree was that everyone would know about it... Except you!" Naruto stood shocked. "... Why not me?! What law are you talking about?!" Mizuki began to laugh. "What... What was the decree?" Mizuki looked at Naruto with a horrid look. "That no one must ever tell you... That what you really are... Is the demon fox!" Naruto stood there wide eyed and shocked. "What?" His Blue eyes showed pure shock. "Wha... What are you talking about!!" Naruto yelled at mizuki. "Stop!" Iruka yelled from his pinned position. "In in other words you... Are the nine-tailed fox spirit that destroyed the village!! It was you who murdered iruka'a family!!" I stood there in shock as well as I listened to the story. He was like me. Only I destroyed more than I village. "Until, at last, our beloved hero, the fourth hokage trapped and bound you... In this form." Mizuki smiled evilly. "Stop!!" Iruka yelled. "Since then you've been made a fool of by everyone in town! Didn't you think it was strange? To be so despised everywhere you went?! If he were honest, even iruka would admit he hates you too!!" Mizuki grabbed his large shruiken. "Naruto..." Iruka'a eyes widened as the innocent boy before him. "You never knew a parents love... Since the day of your birth you've been shunned by our entire village! No one could stand an abomination like you! The best you could ever hope for was attention not love... And you could only get that by doing things that would get you into trouble! And you didn't care. You were willing to accept any criticism, any condemnation. So long as it meant that someone was paying attention to you. That scroll that you've stolen... It was the instrument of you bondage!!" Mizuki began to laugh. "It was a brilliant performance Naruto... But it was all a sham, to hide your loneliness... And pain!" Suddenly iruka was over Naruto while being imbedded by the large shruiken. Iruka's blood dripped onto naruto's face in which brought more pain to the situation. "What...?" Naruto looked up at his Sensei "I... I was so lonely... I became the class clown. Anything to attract attention. I just Wanted someone to notice how good I was. To be proud of me. Trouble was even I didn't know who I really was... And how can anyone respect a kid who is r really there? No me. Just a lot of need, and a lot of stupid tricks. It hurt so much..." Tears streamed down iruka's face. "I knew that, Naruto. I was so hard in you, yelling, scolding.... If must have hurt... Forgive me. If I'd been a better teacher. A better self... Maybe neither of us shots have to come to this." Naruto looked at his Sensei wide eyes before dashing off. "Heh heh heh. What a pity... But I'm afraid, once Naruto sets his mind on something he can't be dissuaded." "He's going to use the scroll to take his revenge on the village!" Mizuki laughed. I ran to where Naruto ran and began my chase.
