Even so mark my body only with your tongue,
And there will be no need of getting
any tattoos.
Maybe serenade me with your heart beat,
And there will be no need of borrowing my neighbor's stereo .
And soonest tell me what makes you scream at night,
What causes your bile imbalances,
For such tales everybody has.
Slow and patiently let me learn of your traumas,
Resist not, in my heart I have already hugged you.
Or batter my ears with the truth
Of what you carry in your heart,
That is so heavy you can bearly breath.
And while you strip me with your eyes,
I will cast my scars in them for you to see only.
Next, I will let you touch them.
Somehow, somehow, maybe, seasons brought us here for this purpose.
