JJ Maybank

"Oh god." I groan while his lips trail down my neck.
He grabs my hips and I jump winding my legs around his torso as he carries me over to my desk.

I hear something crumble to the floor making a loud noise but I don't care because my parents aren't home.
I grab the top of his pants opening the button and the zipper making him groan.

My lips meet his heatedly while his hands skim the skin under my shirt.
"Just take it off." I say breathless and hold my arms up so the blonde can take off my shirt.
He follows my words and soon I'm in my underwear his lips back against mine.

"How was school?" He asks me in between kisses.
"Alright." I answer breathlessly going back to kissing his neck making his hips push against mine desperate to make some friction.

"Is Rafe doing fine?" He teases and I stop kissing his neck looking up at him to see if he's serious right now.
"Do you wanna talk about my boyfriend I'm cheating on or do you wanna fuck me Maybank?" I ask him and his brows raise.

"Definitely the latter." He says and nods to underline his statement.
"Good that we're having an agreement now shut up and take your pants off." I tell him but he won't.

"How..how long is this going to go?" He asks me.
"Depends on how long you can hold it in." I tell him grinning he chuckles for a second but then shakes his head.

"I mean this thing between you and me Rhodes." He says and I look up at him confused.
He wants to talk about this now? In the middle of a make out session?
"What do you mean with how long? I thought we agreed on doing it how we want. No attachment no rules. Don't you want it anymore? That's fine with me." I say shrugging my shoulders already reaching out for my shirt to put back on.

JJ stops me his face looking tense.
"No I don't wanna stop but I just don't get why you're still together with Rafe."

"I told you this a hundred times my parents arranged it I can't get out of it until I graduate." I say confused because I told him this over and over. He looks out of the window behind me and seems to be deep in thought.

"Don't worry about it okay? I'm all yours." I tell him placing my hands against his hard stomach.
My hands wander down inside of his pants and just before I reach his boxers he grabs my wrists in his hands.

"I can't do this right now." He tells me and I look at him bewildered when he starts to pick up his shirt and gets dressed. I hop down from my desk and cross my arms in front of my chest.
"What the fuck is going on? Tell me." I say because usually there is less talking when we meet and it's concerning me.

"Nothing is going on. Nothing beside the fact that I'm fucking the kooke princess for months now while you're in a relationship with Rafe and on top of that I'm betraying my friends with sleeping with you." He says frustrated.

"But that's nothing new right? You knew this when we started it." I tell him walking closer to him.
"Forget this Kooke and Pogue shit JJ. We just want to have a bit fun." I say putting my hands against his cheeks and for the first time I see anger flare up in the familiar blue eyes.

Anger that's directed towards me.
"Fun?"

"It's fun for you Rhodes! Not for me. I can't stand this anymore. The sneaking around the secrets. It was fun in the beginning yeah but not anymore."

"You're not..having fun?" I ask more than confused because it seemed to me like he was enjoying himself.
I quickly put my shirt back on because I weirdly feel insecure.

"Goddamn Rhodes don't you understand I'm in love with you!" He says exasperated and my mouth drops open.
He's in love? With me?
Oh my god what a mess I've made.

"Honey we're home!" My mom suddenly shouts from downstairs and my eyes widen panicked.
I am so busted.
JJ looks at me bewildered before he whispers.
"You said they were on a swim with the boat?"

"I thought so I don't know what they're doing here!" I whisper back and deep horror moves inside of me when I hear steps on the stairs.
I quickly push JJ into my closet and jump back into my jeans shorts just in time.
"Are you okay Honey? I thought I heard voices." My mom pokes her head through the door.

"Oh Yeah everything is fine I was on the phone."

"Alright I'm making dinner you wanna come down and help me?" She asks and I nod.

"I'm just gonna text Rafe quickly I'll be down in five." She's satisfied with my answer and leaves closing the door behind her.
I let out a relieved breath and open up my closet being greeted with a furious looking JJ.

"I'm sorry I panicked." I tell him sheepishly but he ignores me walking over to the window.
My heart breaks at the sight of him and something screams inside of me to not let him leave like this.
"Maybank!" I call after him and he stops turning his head as he sits on my window his legs already outside.

"We're gonna figure something out I promise." I say and he looks at me confused.

"What do you mean?"

Instead of answering I walk over to him pulling him by his shirt and pressing my lips against his softly.
I was so dumb.
I needed him to tell me to see what I really feel for him.

"This thing between you and me is far more important to me than what my parents have to say." I whisper and a happy smile makes it's way to his lips before he leaves through the window.
