"Hey Hermione!" I say happily when I make my way over to the gryffindor table and sit down in front of her. My house mates are giving me dirty looks which I shrug off with an eye roll. As if they weren't used to me dining with the Gryffindors and not with the Slytherins.
"Hey Char, have you seen Harry he's been missing and I'm really worried." She asks me concerned but I shake my head no because I haven't seen him. Ron seems like he doesn't have a big problem with it because he's munching on his chicken happily.
Hermione gives him a death glare which he doesn't notice and I squeeze her hand assuringly.
"He's going turn up some time no need to-"

"There he is, why are you girls always making so much drama." Ron says with a full mouth and Hermione slaps his arm making him wince.
I turn my head to see Harry rushing over to us and he sits down beside me. I catch Draco going the Slytherin table a bruise forming on his cheek.
"What the hell happened?" I ask Harry and see that he's holding a tissue to his nose which is probably bleeding.
"Nothing." He says shrugging me off and Hermione and I share a confused look.
"It doesn't seem like nothing." Hermione says and I grab the tissue out of Harry's hands because he's missing the spot and press it lightly against his nose making him wince and put his hand above mine on instinct.
His green eyes meet mine and I give him a concerned look.
"Why didn't you go to Madam Pumfrey?" I ask him.

"It's just bleeding it's not broken." He says and grabs the tissue back his cheeks heating up. Why is he acting so strange.
"You got into a fight didn't you? Malfoy looks as bad as you do." Hermione concludes and Harry looks down at the table in guilt.
"You got in a fight with Draco? I've told you he isn't worth it don't listen to anything he says."  I tell him.

"I know that he isn't worth it but some things are." He clenches his jawline and gives me an intense look. I don't know why he's acting so cold today but it's making my heart clench in a bad way.
Someone clears their throat and interrupts  our conversation.
"You are a Slytherin Miss Evans so I ask you to dine at your table." Professor Snape says and I stand up from the Gryffindor table giving Ron and Hermione a sad smile. Harry avoids my gaze and I sigh and walk over to the Slytherin table and sit down between Pansy and Draco.
"Did Snape finally tell you where your tables at." Her annoying voice comes from beside me.
"No he told me to sit down beside the most annoying bitch in this school." I tell her and she looks at me outraged before she turns the other way and speaks to bullstrode.
"Hey why do you have a bruise on your face?" I ask Draco to find out more about their fight but he just lets out a growl.
"Mind your own business."

"He got in a fight with Potter." Blaise pipes up a grin on his lips.
"Who won?"

"No one Snape caught them and gave them detention for a week." Draco looks up at Blaise and gives him a glare which makes him shut up instantly.
"Why did you fight?" I ask and Draco let's out a frustrated sigh.
"Why are you so curious Charlotte? It doesn't matter he got what he deserved." I furrow my brows at his statement.
"And what is it that he deserves?"

"He needs to know where his place is! He hasn't the right to talk to Slytherins or be friends with them so I told him to keep his distance from you! Do you understand now!" He yells angrily and leaves the Great hall quickly.
"That means.." I trail off and look over to the Gryffindor table and my eyes instantly lock with those familiar green ones who have a sad look in them.
Blaise looks at me eyebrows raised. "Draco and Potter got into a fight over you."
