Blood splatters on the dirt, staining the road red as a Titan hits the floor, making y/n's survey corps cape flap around violently.

Wiping the blood from her face, some steam arising from it she turns to look at the three people she had jumped in to save.

"What are you doing sitting on the road?!" She yells at them. "Aren't you a garrison member?! For god's sake HELP ME FIGHT THESE THINGS!"

Y/n marches forward and grabs the tall blond by his jacket, the smell of alcohol coming from him in waves, tears rolling down his face.

Groaning and shoving him away, she turns, walking away and pulling her swords out.

"Get these kids to the boats, they'll be leaving soon." She glances at her blades, only half of the blade remaining on each side.
"I can't hold them off all day."

The young boy watches from his spot on the ground as the h/c haired woman zips off, his heart thumping in his chest.

"The scouts..." he thinks to himself, trying to keep his eyes on the woman for as long as possible before she fully disappeared from view.

"Eren..?" A soft voice called, the black-haired girl trying to help up while burying her face in the red scarf draped around her neck.
"Are you hurt?"

The boy stood up. "I'm fine, Mikasa."

Y/n yelled loudly as she took the final swing at a Titan, landing on a rooftop and panting loudly, her limbs weak and heavy.

"This is it..." she places the hilt of her swords to her forehead, the slightly warm metal against her skin.
"Probably for real this time."

She looks up to the next Titan coming in her direction, grinning evilly and reaching out to grab her.

"Bastards," she spat, jumping onto its hand and running at the way up its arm to the shoulder.

Stabbing into its neck she deploys her hooks into the ground below, triggering them to pull her down so she drags her blades down through the nape and it's ass cheeks, basically splitting it in half.

The Titan hits the deck and she breaks her fall by rolling and quickly gets back onto her feet.

Glancing at her swords, she tightly furrows her eyebrows before releasing the blunt nubs of her swords and replacing them with the last of her fresh ones.

"Welp," she pulls herself back onto a rooftop, looking around for more titans.

There wasn't any walking by in her immediate vicinity, giving her the chance to relax briefly and take a deep breath, putting her swords away.

Leaning her back against the chimney of the house she was stood on, her hands tremble violently as she raises them to cover her face.

"I'm gonna die inside the walls that were supposed to protect us." She laughed humourlessly at the irony of the whole situation.
"Just my fucking luck. I survive almost being in two only to die alone inside the wall."

Throwing her head back and restating it against the chimney, she looks up at the sky and smiles at the thought of her friends.

"No." She says, straightening herself up. "I'm not going to die here."

The ground shakes, causing y/n to lose her balance and slip, just barely catching herself on the chimney again.

"Woah!" She whips her head around, looking for the heavy footsteps, eyes landing on a titan with white hair and glowing eyes covered in patches of hardened skin.

"That's not a normal Titan." She deploys her gear and makes her way toward it just as it comes to a stop just in front of the gate to wall Maria as it starts to close.

"Whats if doing?" She asks herself out loud, keeping in toward the edge of the wall to maintain a safe distance while observing it.

Her eyebrows furrow as she comes to a stop, pulling herself to the top of the wall watching as it reels its arms back.

"An abnormal?" She asks as it starts to run, quickly gaining speed.
"Oh my god, it's heading for the gate-"

Before y/n can even think about attacking, the Titan had already barged through the gate, destroying it and trampling the people in its path.

Running to the other edge of the wall, she watches as it skids to a stop, destroying the path beneath its feet.

"What if it goes for the next gate?!" She asks herself, thinking about how all of her friends are in wall rose and probably unprepared to fight.

"Oh fuck..." she takes a few steps backwards. "IM GOING TO REGRET THIS!"

She starts running, taking a leap off of the wall and deploying her ODM wires into gaps in the titan's armour-like skin on either side of the nape, pulling herself down toward it.

Reeling her swords back, she swings at the nape, her last set of blades shattering into thousands of pieces, her eyes widening.

"Fuck..." She whispers, still hanging from the Titan's back. "It didn't even feel that."

Pulling herself up, she lands on its head, fully alerting the giant to her presence.

"Nothing left to lose." She told herself, stomping her boot down on its head.

"YOU JUST KILLED THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE, YOU BIG BASTARDS!" She yelled, anchoring her wires into its head. "YOU AND THE MUSCLY FREAK ARE SMART ARENT YOU?

She slipped off of its head, dangling in front of its face and glaring at it, reeling her foot back and kicking it straight into its eye and earning herself a loud scream.

"YEAH YOU BIG BASTARD!" She did it again with the other foot. "I MIGHT BE OUT OF WEAPONS BUT IM GONNA FIGHT UNTIL THE BITTER END, YOU HEAR ME?! TELL YOUR BUDDY THAT TOO!"

About to reel her foot back for the third time, the Titan grabbed her in a bone-crushing grip, knocking the air from her lungs and crushing her ODM gear.

"Yeah that's right," she wheezed. "Eat me, you'll gain weight and cry about it later, you fat bitch."

The Titan glared at her, steam coming from its mouth before it reeked back its arm and threw her, sending her flying through the air.

"At least I got the last word in."
