lauren's POV:
It's been a great couple of weeks cause I got my full drivers license, It's been great working at the police station. Right now i'm laying in bed, cause i'm kind of sick today. Then I felt my phone buzz it was from Christina, it read 'get to mall bad guys here'. After I got done reading it, the words sunk in and I got out of bed and grabbed my gun. I went to the station and asked the chief if I could do the mission by myself. He agreed and let me use the bigger guns, so I went to the armory grabbed a rifle, then I got back in my car and drove to the mall.
When I got there I noticed that the doors were all chained so I couldn't get in that way. I walked around the building and found a ladder that lead to the roof, from there I found trap door and I went inside then found the way to the middle of the mall, where I assumed they were being held.
I got there and went on a tube by the ceiling I searched through the crowd until my eyes landed on my family. I tried waving my arms and getting there attention but it didn't work, so I grabbed a pole and swung across to another tube and that definitely got there attention along with some other people. I got my phone out and texted Christina I typed, 'how many guys are down there'. I sent to her, I stayed looking at her and then she looked at her phone then sent back, '3'.
Crap! I got the rifle off my back then I hopped from one tube to the other till I got to the other side of the mall but I could still see them. I dropped down to the floor when the guys weren't looking, I layed down and was watching them until I guess the guy saw Christina's phone because she kept looking down at it. Ah man Christina, but the guy got angry and was about to grab Christina's arm but I aimed into the rifle, then pressed the trigger and shot his head. He fell back then everybody looked my way, my family saw me and smiled. But the other guys got alerted and started trying to figure out were I am, so I got up and was running towards them until they saw me and started shooting at me, but I slid across the floor and went under the bullets and lifted my gun and shot but missed.
My gun ran out of bullets so I grabbed my pistol, but there guns were much heavier than mine, so I dropped my guns then I kicked one of them in the the legs and he fell and dropped his gun and it went sliding against the floor.
Then the other guy came over and was about to fire but I kicked the gun from his hand then I kicked him in the gut then ninja flipped back to my feet. I turned to my family and smiled at them cause they had a surprised look on there faces, then there faces turned to horror when my neck got hit by the back of a gun, I fell then everything went black.
Mike Jr's POV:
Wow! My 16 year old sister is really good at aiming a gun and shooting and close up combat. But when she was done beating the sense out of them both she smiled at us but then we saw one of the guys grab his gun and hit her were it knocks her out. Then she fell and went unconscious, well there goes our sister but I know she will be strong enough to pull through and save us.
After a little while of just sitting there lauren started moaning but the guys didn't seem to notice. Her eyes opened and got up tripped one of the guys grabbed the gun and shot the other guy. The guys she tripped got back up and hit her across the face with his gun but she got up and blood was coming down from the side of her head. That couldn't even keep her down, she got up and hit the guy back grabbed her pistol and shot the guy.
Then after that she untied our hands we untied the other people there. Then the rest of the cops showed up and we all got outside to see lauren sitting by the ambulance getting her head looked at then her arm that got scraped up. After talking to the cops and giving them our statement lauren walked over to us and we all hugged her.
"You definitely kicked those guys but in there." I said high fiving lauren.
"Thanks, and yeah I would do anything for family even though it means getting hurt or losing my life." She said.
"ahhhhhh." We all said.
"Your so sweet." Mom said hugging lauren.
"Thanks again." lauren said.
"So is your head and your arm okay?" The other lauren asked.
"Yeah, it's the head that's bothering me the most but the arm not that much." lauren said grinning.
"Well then maybe you should get home." I said.
"Nahhh I'm gonna head to the station to put the rifle that I used away, then get caught up on some paper work." lauren said folding her arms across her chest.
"Well then we are heading home, be careful, okay." Dad said.
"I'll be fine." lauren said walking to her patrol car and waving goodbye before she left the parking lot.
Then the rest of us hopped in the van and drove home dazed about the events today but grateful that lauren was there so save us, because you never know what would have happened to us. Or we could have been there for days before the police found a way in.
"I'm so glad lauren was there to save us." Katherine said plopping on the couch right when we walked in the front door.
"I know i'm so glad that she was there." Mom said plopping right down next to her.
"Same here." The other Lauren and Dani said at the same time.
"Okay how about we go to sleep and thank lauren tomorrow morning, because we need to rest cause it's 8:00 and i'm tired so good night." Dad said walking up the stairs.
"Night." I said.
"Night." Christina said.
"Night." Lisa said.
"Night." Katherine said.
"Night." Amy said.
"Night." Lauren and Dani said.
"Night." Nick said.
"Night." Mom said walking up behind dad.
"Night." Joey said.
"Night." Christian said lastly.
Then in walked the other lauren with her coat, and her bag. She sat down next to Katherine on the couch. "Hey people, i'm back." lauren said.
"Hey." We all said at the same time.
"I'm gonna go to bed, cause I am conked out." lauren said getting up and walking the stairs. After we all said night, I turned the channel on the tv and was watching my shows and did not notice my sisters go upstairs then shortly after I fell asleep.
