Christina's POV:
I woke up this morning and found lauren walking out of her room, I was so happy for her to be up and walking. "Hey you're walking again." I said. "Yeah I guess a good night sleep can work miracles." She told me.
She was about to walk down the stairs while grabbing the railing so I came up behind her and helped her. "Look i'm fine okay you don't have to help me." She said. "Yes I do and I will." I said giving her the look that made her stop complaining.
When we got downstairs we saw the rest of the girls because the boys were gone for a trip. When everyone saw lauren standing they all attacked her with hugs but I told them that she's still weak and be careful.
"So guys I think it will be good if we lay low at the house today or we can go to the park and test if lauren can do the things she used to do." Mom said.
"Wait what do you mean test the things lauren used to do?" The other Lauren asked.
"Well the doctor called and he said that we should probably help lauren get back into fitness because it will be good for her ribs to heal." Mom said.
"Okay lets go to the park then cause I really want to get out of here and do something fun." lauren said.
"You know we will have to push you to the limit to where it might hurt your ribs, which will make your ribs heal." Mom said.
"If it means I can move around more then I will do it." lauren said while looking down but then she got up and went upstairs. "Guys we will have to do this together, to get the old lauren back." Mom told all of us.
"I'm in, if it gets the old lauren back." Katherine said.
"I'm in." Lauren said.
"Same here." Dani and I said.
"I'm also in." Amy and Lisa said.
"Okay then go get your clothes on, cause I mean we are pushing lauren to the test." Mom told us.
We all walked upstairs and got ready and then met up down stairs. "Okay were just waiting on lauren to come down." Mom said then lauren came down. "lauren we are first going to start out with a 1 mile run. And Dani will be running with you." Mom told us, "Yeah piece of cake." Dani said stepping up to the front and going over to lauren. "Okay you two will run from here to the beach where you will meet all of us there. Cause since the beach is 1 mile away that's why your running there." Mom explained.
"Now get in the car." Katherine said.
We all piled into the car besides Dani and the other lauren because there going to be running. Then lauren and Dani came out and gave us a thumbs up so we drove to the beach while them two ran.
Dani's POV:
While we were running lauren stopped so I stopped and turned around and walked up to her. "Come on lauren you can do this." I egged her on. Then she got up and kept running with me. We finally got to the beach. "Okay you guys made it here so now Christina and lauren are going to climb a pretty big tree. And I know it sounds kind of weird but it helps."
Christina's POV:
Me and lauren got ready and then began climbing, at first we were doing okay but then lauren was on a branch waiting for me to get out of the way then the branch snapped but before she can fall she grabbed a branch and kept holding on.
"Hold on lauren i'm coming to get you." I said reaching down to a lower branch.
"No Christina this is what she needs." Mom called up.
"What? She might fall." I called back.
"Still don't help her." Mom said.
I looked back at lauren and she was about to let go. "Come on lauren you can do this, this is what you need." Mom told lauren. lauren was struggling for a minute then she pulled herself up. Then my sisters and I cheered, then mom told us to calm down.
"Okay now Katherine and lauren need to go for a swim." Mom said.
Katherine's POV:
Me and lauren got ready and then jumped in the water and swam 100 meters then we stopped. "Oh my gosh my arms hurt." lauren called out.
"Now lauren is gonna do some exercises with Lisa." Mom said. Then we all drove to the gym and went inside and to the exercise room.
"First 20 chin ups." Mom said. "Wait I can't do chin ups." Lisa complained. "Fine you don't have to do it, now lauren this is going to push you to the test now go, begin." Mom told Lisa then lauren.
lauren began the chin ups and got to 15 when she started having trouble. But she pulled through it and did them then dropped.
"Now it's push up's and Lisa you have to do this." Mom said looking at Lisa.
Then Lisa and lauren got down and did 20 push ups just like that. "Now lauren and the other Lauren have to play basketball." Mom said, "Wait I suck at basketball." Lauren said.
"Well play through it." Mom told her.
Lauren and the other lauren went and got a basketball then we all walked to the basketball court, and lets just say lauren is a really good basketball player. "Okay, okay stop now, and now it's Amy and lauren doing cartwheels." Mom said.
"Yeah flips I love cartwheels." Amy said while jumping up in down.
"I'll try." lauren said.
Amy started off doing them then lauren did them but did it like ten times better. After a while of watching mom told them we are going back home. Then we got home and lauren went to lay down because it was late.
