lauren's POV:
Today is the day that Matty comes back, and my mom said he should be here in a couple hours and then leaving because his mom and dad came back and packed everything so today is the last day to see him.
I'm in my room right now trying to find the right words to Matty before he leaves. Which i'm sad to say this but i'm going to break up with him though cause I will not deal with a long distance relationship.
--saying goodbye--
"Guys there here." Mom called to us.
Me and Peyton walked out of my room because he came over so he can meet Matty before he leaves. I got outside to see a big moving truck in front of Matty's house that was already full of boxes. We walked over to his house and they all came out the front door for the last time.
They walked over to us and we all hugged and said goodbye but me and Matty were the last.
"I'm sorry Matty for saying this though but I have to break up with you, cause I can't take a long distance relationship." I told him.
"I so sorry lauren but I think thats the best idea." He told me. We hugged, and then they left I walked back to my house and got prepared for the barbeque today since it's a perfect day to have one and plus it's the fourth of July. I went to my room after saying by to Peyton because he was going to change also before he comes back over for the barbeque.
I put on a blue shirt, some white shoes then a red pair of shorts because we were trying to wear red, whit, and blue. I went downstairs to see everybody else have on all kinds of red, white, and blue things.
Everybody had there jobs to set up and mine was bringing in the firewood to the back yard.
After I was done with that the Smiths came and Peyton and me were hanging out in the treehouse in the back yard.
"I'm sorry about Matty leaving." He told me.
"It's fine, I guess it just wasn't meant to be." I replied.
"I like your outfit with the colors." He said.
"I like yours also." I told him.
--barbeque--
I went to the only spot I could find that was empty, which was a empty picnic table and I sat down and started eating. I finished tossed my trash away and then I went to the front yard and sat down and looked at the stars.
A couple minutes later I noticed smoke from the back yard which means they already lit the fire. Then all of a sudden somebody sat next to me, I looked over and saw Peyton.
"You like to be alone don't you." He said.
"I'm just not used to having that much friends, I'm usually the girl who likes to be by herself and doesn't like to be in big groups." I told him.
"Well were about to roast marsh mallows." He said.
I got up and he followed me to the back yard then we sat down by the fire.
--couple hours later--
We are still out here talking, and now it's time for campfire songs.
"Pass me the guitar." I said to Amy. She passed the guitar over and I started strumming.

I finished and turned my head to see a surprised looking Peyton looking at me. I heard everybody clap and that made Peyton snap out of it.
"You are amazing lauren." He told me.
"Thanks.'' I replied.
"No problem." He said.
--bed--
I was getting tired so we all called it a night and went inside and the boys stayed downstairs because they were spending the night with us. I went to bed smiling because I think I have a crush on Peyton.
