Lauren's POV:
I woke up and and got out of bed, then I remembered that yesterday lauren had a fever so I got dressed because it would be easier to eat and then go to school. After I finished getting dressed I walked to lauren's room to see Christina in there.
"Hey Chrissy." I said sitting on the side of lauren's bed right next to her.
"Hey Laur." She said smiling.
"So what made you come in here?" I asked her.
"I was just checking on her then I decided to stay for a little while." She replied. "Why did you come in here?"
"I wanted to check on her before I went to school." I told her.
"Oh, yeah her fever is up to 106." She said.
"Man, she's definitely not going to school." I said rubbing lauren's cheek. Which was really warm, and pale.
''Well you should probably go get some breakfast." She told me.
"Yeah see you later." I said getting up and going downstairs and sitting at the table. Then Kath finished making breakfast and made plates one by one and passed them out. I ate really fast then me and Dani hopped in the car and Lisa drove us to school.
Christina's POV:
I was sitting next to lauren and she was very pale and her forehead was very warm. I'm checking my phone when lauren moved and she woke up.
"Hey baby girl." I said smiling down at her.
"Hey Chrissy." She replied weakly.
"How you feeling?" I asked her.
"Fine I guess." She replied.
"Do you want to go downstairs?" I said.
"Yes please." She replied.
"Here put your arms around my neck and i'll pick you up." I told her. She put her arms around my neck and I picked her up and brought her downstairs, then I laid her on the couch.
"Hey Chrissy i'm staying home since lauren's sick." She told me.
"No mom it's fine we can take care of her." I said.
"Are you sure?" She asked.
"Yeah we have everything under control." I said. She trusted us and went upstairs got dressed then left, so now it's just me, lauren, Katherine, Lisa , and Amy because dad left a while ago.
"Hey Christina." Lisa said coming into the living room.
"Hello, Lise." I said when she sat down.
"So how is lauren?" She asked.
"I'm not sure she's fine her temperature has risen to a 106." I told her with a worried look on my face.
"Man, well if it gets worse then well take her to the hospital to get a check up." Lisa said.
"Yup maybe if it get's that bad." I replied.
A couple minutes of talking Katherine and Amy came out in the living room and we decided to watch a movie. When we turned it over to the right hdmi for the movie something happened and it buzzed very loudly then it went to the movie menu. lauren turned over with her eyes open, "Sorry lauren, the tv glitched." I told her.
"It's fine I need to wake up." She said.
"Well were about to watch a movie, if that's okay." Lisa asked her.
"It's totally fine." lauren replied.
"Okay, were gonna watch High School Musical 2." Katherine told her.
"Great I like that movie." She said.
I sat down and we started watching the movie. But half way during the movie lauren got up and went to the kitchen to get something to drink. But after a couple minutes she still didn't come out then we heard a glass drop and a bunch of coughing then it went silent. I rushed to to the kitchen and saw lauren on the ground unconscious.
"Guys come quick." I called out.
They came rushing in, "Guys she doesn't have her inhaler on her it must be upstairs so one of you go get it, because her breathing is slowing down." I yelled then I heard Lisa run up the steps. A second later she came pounding back down the steps then she tossed it to me. I got lauren to inhale, but she didn't wake up but after a couple minutes she started coughing and then her eyes opened.
"What happened?" She asked.
"You had a panic attack because you sat up to fast, and since your sick you were moving too fast in the kitchen then you lost your breath." I told her.
I picked her up and brought her to the couch. She grabbed a pillow and put her head on it then we watched the rest of the movie.
--after movie--
We finished the movie and we decided to watch the third High School Musical movie. I put the movie in and we started watching it. When we finished the movie I heard lauren's soft snores.
"I'm guessing she was really tired." I said smiling.
"Yup." Amy replied.
"Hey guys it's time to go pick up the girls." Lisa said.
"Okay who wants to go?" I asked.
"I'll go." Amy volunteered.
A couple minutes later Amy left, so we decided to start planning dinner. After we found what we wanted to make Katherine volunteered to make the whole dinner so she went to get started.
A little while later Amy walked through with the girls and the the three younger boys. Christian and Nick went outside to play then Joey went over to lauren.
"Hey buddy." lauren said sitting up.
"Hey lauren, how you feeling?" He asked in his cute little voice.
"Better." She said smiling. Joey sat next to lauren and she put her arm around him then he laid his head on her chest.
lauren grabbed the remote and was scrolling through the channels. "Can we watch power rangers?" Joey asked her.
"Sure bud." She said turning on power rangers since no one else was watching tv because me and the others decided to work on the harmonies for our next cover. Cause Katherine finished with what she was doing and Alex decided to take over.
lauren's POV:
I was watching power rangers with Joey who is so adorable. During the show it felt like the fever I had was going away. I was watching the show when Joey snuggles more next me and then I heard his soft snores. Then I became tired, and I fell asleep, only to be woke up by Alex getting told that dinner is done then I look down and see Joey waking up.
I got up after Joey ran off into the kitchen, I walked to the kitchen to see everybody eating. I sat down at the table and I started eating.
"So lauren you feel any better?" Lisa asked.
"Yup, I feel so much better." I said smiling.
"Good, do you think you will go to school tomorrow?" Mom asked.
"I don't see why not." I replied taking a bite of the chicken.
--later--
Everybody finished with eating dinner then we all decided to watch another movie. We decided on the Avengers, so I put it in the dvd player then I pressed play and the movie started.
--after movie--
The movie finished and Joey was clinging to me again, which I don't mind. I told them i'll bring him upstairs, so I wrapped his arms around my neck and then I walked upstairs to his, Christian, and Nicks room then I placed him in his bed. I kissed his forehead then the other boys were asleep so I left to my room and got on my laptop. But I started feeling drowsy so I changed into my pajamas and was about to get in bed when my phone dinged and it was a picture that I was tagged in. I logged into Instagram and saw a picture of me and Joey together taking a nap, and it already had a bunch of likes.
After I posted a comment I turned my phone off and got in bed. Then I fell asleep, glad that my fever is gone.
