lauren's POV:
We were all walking on the beach when a group of boys and girls my age and Matty's age came up to us and asked for an autograph at first I thought they were just talking to the others but then they asked for mine because they saw my video on Youtube, when they asked me I got surprised but signed whatever they asked me to sign.
Then after I signed there pictures of me and it was really cool, but then they asked to take a picture so I took a picture with the girls, but when I was taking a picture with the boys one of them tried to grab my hand and I jerked away, "What are you doing get away from me." I said.
"What, don't you want a boyfriend?" He asked me, "I've got a boyfriend already now get away from me." I told him harshly. "Yeah get away from her she's mine." Matty came in front of me.
"Fine but this is not over." The kid said walking away with the other boys but without the girls because the girls walked in the opposite direction.
"Are you okay?" Matty asked while hugging me, "Yeah i'm fine just that was really uncomfortable." I replied.
"How about we go home?" Christina asked us.
"Yes please." I said walking to the car with Matty right by me.
--at hotel--
'' Hey Matty i'm going for a walk be back later.'' I told him, cause we were watching a movie and then my head started to hurt so I need to get some fresh air.
I walked out the hotel and was walking down the sidewalk, when somebody pulled me over to an alley but I ended up kicking them and they let go and I fell to the ground really hard.
"Ow what was that for?" The unknown person said, wait I remember that voice that's the kid from the beach.
"What are you doing?" I asked him.
"I'm trying to get you to like me." He said.
"Well trying to kidnap me is not going to win me over and plus, why would I date you?" I asked.
He ignores my question and comes closer to me, right then I kicked him in the leg but then he grabbed me and pushed my head into the wall and then I fell back, and I could tell I'm going to have a black eye. Then came over to me and punched me in the face and then I went unconscious.
I woke up in a dark room, when I looked up pain shot through my head, "Well hello." The kid from the beach said. "Where am I?" I asked.
"Well your at my house, and your going to stay here for a while." He said.
"What are you going to do to me?" I asked him.
"Well, I'm going to teach you a lesson, and that's about all." He said.
He came over to me and punched me in the face, then untied me and I fell to the ground then he hit me again but with a gun in the back of the head. I fell down but then kicked him somewhere I don't know then he fell to his knees so I grabbed the gun but he kicked it out of my hand. He grabbed the gun and then I heard a gun shot then a sharp pain in my arm then he dropped the gun so I picked it up and shot him in the shoulder. He fell down and I couldn't believe what I just did, I fell against the wall and then pulled out my cellphone.
"Hey mom i'm at a house, but I don't know where it is." I told her.
(i'm not sure if its a real street)
"Oh my god are you okay, we are coming right now." She said while hanging up.
A couple minutes later cops came in and one saw me and picked me up bridal style.
He carried me out and out to the ambulance, then that's the last thing I remember.
Lisa's POV:
Right now were waiting in the waiting room but I can't believe something like this would happen to lauren. Right then the doctor came out, "Okay lauren is okay and awake but very weak because she was injected by something. And she has a cast on her right arm because of the bullet in her arm so shes going to have to wear that for a couple weeks and not run for the next couple weeks.'' The doctor told us. "Can we go see her." I asked the doctor. "Yes she's in room 204." He said walking away.
We all ran to lauren's room to find her laying in bed, with her eyes barely open. "Hey." We all said. "Hi." She said her voice hoarse. "What exactly happened?" Mom asked her.
"Well I was walking down the sidewalk when somebody pulled me into an alley and then my instincts took over, I kicked what ever I could kick and then the person dropped me and I fell really hard then I realized who it was, it was the boy from the beach. Then he picked me up and slammed my head into the brick wall then I fell then he came over top of me and punched me in the face and knocked me out. I woke up in a dark room and he said he was going to teach me a lesson then he untied the ropes on the chair that was holding me down, and kept beating me up then I kicked him somewhere really hard, but he got up and hit me in the head with a gun so I fell then I kicked him again, then I grabbed the gun then he kicked it out of my hands then grabbed it and shot me in the arm but then he dropped the gun realizing what he did but then I grabbed the gun and shot him in the shoulder. Then that's when I got my phone out and called mom." lauren said while tearing up.
"Okay how about you get some rest." I said.
Right then a police officer came in and asked for us to come outside and told us that lauren will not be charged with murder because of shooting that boy because it was defending herself. Thank god cause I don't know what I would have done without lauren around.
Then the doctor came by and said lauren is ready to leave.
"Are you ready lauren?" I asked her.
"Yeah i'm coming." She said before I could tell her that she can't be walking around because of how week she is. But she tried to get up but then fell so I ran over to her.
"Here let me carry you." I said and I picked her up. We got to the car and got in and drove home. And when we got there I carried lauren to her room and then called her record label and told them we had to postpone for the following Monday. And they agreed.
