Chapter Twenty-One

Draco's POV

The morning of my birthday I woke up to the beautiful sight of my sleeping boyfriend. His head was snuggled into the crook of my arm and his legs were tangled with mine. He looked so freaking cute. I kissed his forehead gently and his eyes fluttered open, I gave him a smile and he kissed my lips.

"Good morning beautiful." I said.

"Good morning birthday boy." He replied.

"You know what I want for my birthday?" I asked.

"What?" Harry questioned.

"To stay in bed with you, all day." I said.

"No can do love." Harry replied. "We've got plans."

"Plans? What plans?" I asked, propping myself up on my elbow.

"I'm taking you out, for your birthday." He explained. "So hurry up and get ready it's already 10:00." I kissed him again before getting up.

"Ok fine, I need to shower." I said. "Will you be joining me or must I shower by myself on my birthday?"

"Oh I will definitely join you." Harry said.

We took a long hot shower before taking our activities to the bed. An hour and a half-and several silencing charms- later, Harry made me get out of bed.

"Come on. We have to get dressed." He said.

I groaned but got up anyway. We got dressed and made our way downstairs, the house was empty other than Mrs. Weasley who had breakfast sitting on the table. She was reading the paper on the couch when we came down stairs.

"Good morning you two. Happy birthday Draco." She said when she spotted us.

"Thank you Mrs. Weasley." I replied.

"There is breakfast on the table, though it might be cold by now. You two took your time." She said.

I smirked at Harry and we sat down at the table. I used my wand to heat our food and we ate quickly, Harry was rushing me the whole time.

"Come on Draco we're going to be late." Harry said. Before I could ask what he meant he grabbed my hand and we apparated. We arrived at a familiar house, my aunt Andromeda's house.

"Harry, what are we doing here?" I asked.

He just smiled and pulled me along into the house. Once we were inside I could see all of our friends were there. Neville, Blaise, Pansy, Dean, Seamus, Theo, and even Ginny and Luna.

"Harry! You didn't have to do all this." I said.

"Well Andromeda helped." He said with a smile. As if on cue my aunt came out with my mum, and they both gave me a huge hug.

"Happy birthday Draco." They both said.

"Thank you!" I said.

I walked over with Harry to say hello to Teddy, who's hair was bright pink and was sucking on cars on the floor. Pansy joined us shortly and handed us both a glass of champagne.

"Happy birthday Draco. It seems like we haven't celebrated your birthday properly in years." She said. Then she clinked our glasses together in cheers.

"I know, I kinda forgot what a birthday party was like. The last few years it has just been us two who celebrated each other's birthdays." I responded.

"Any chance you have anything stronger than this?" Blaise asked as he walked over holding the champagne.

"No Blaise, this is a birthday party not New Years. And there are children present." Hermione answered for us from her spot next to Teddy.
