AN: I'm posting another chapter to celebrate my dog's birthday. Happy Birthday Beau! :)

Draco's POV

The sun cast warm shadows through my window, the light pouring into the room, as it rose. I didn't need to open my eyes to tell Harry was still asleep, his breath came in hot even waves as it rolled across my bare chest. I could feel his heartbeat against me as I pulled him closer. I did finally open my eyes when the sunlight hit my face, that's when I noticed the cot in the corner of my room with Ron's things piled on top. I shook Harry gently.

"Love." I said When he groaned in response I continued. "Where is Ron?"

Harry's eyes flew open after I asked that question.

"Um, I'm not sure." He said, looking at me with a guilty look in his eyes. "That is a great question."

I laughed and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek before getting up and getting dressed, Harry did the same, but very slowly, and we both headed down stairs. We arrived just before breakfast and Ron wasn't there. We all crowded around the table, serving ourselves and talking. I took a bite of my waffle but before I could think about swallowing it my mother spoke.

"Good morning Draco, Harry. How was your night?" She asked, glancing mischievously at the two of us. I choked on my waffle when I heard the question, my food spilling out of my mouth as I fell into a fit of coughing. Harry looked at me with alarm in his eyes, probably at my reaction.

"It was er, fine." He said, searching for words. I nodded in agreement.

Of course that was the moment Ron decided to make an appearance. He came into the dining room with bags under his eyes and a frustrated look on his face. He glared at me and Harry, shooting daggers with his eyes.

"Good morning dear, what is with the late start?" Mrs. Weasley questioned.

"Oh you know, it's hard to get a good night's sleep when you sleep on the floor of your sister and girlfriend's room , because neither one of them allow you on the bed." Ron said angrily.

"Why were you sleeping in Ginny and Hermione's room," Mum asked. She clearly already knew the answer.

"That is an excellent question, Mrs. Malfoy. The answer would be because when I went upstairs to the room I'm sharing with those two bloody idiots. The door was locked and there were a series of charms cast on the room. I knocked, no answer. So I waited outside for a bit but unfortunately no one decided to get up and let poor me into the room." He huffed, taking a seat next to Hermione.

"Boys, would either of you care to explain why the door was locked?" Mum asked us. I looked down at my food, using my fork to slide it around my plate, Harry did the same.

"No." I said finally, after a long awkward silence.

"Hmmm." Mom responded.

No one spoke about last night again, we sort of dodged around that topic.

"So Harry, will you be coming back to the Burrow with us then?" Mrs. Weasley asked. Even though I didn't like it, I knew the answer was yes. Harry had asked to spend New Years with them at the Burrow.

"Yes, if that's alright with you." Harry said politely.

"Of course dear. Make sure you have all your things packed up, we leave in two hours."

After breakfast, Harry and I went back up stairs to pack his things. At least that was the reason we had gone up there, we got a little distracted. About 30 minutes into helping Harry pack, I took a break and sat on my bed, Harry came over and straddled my lap. He kissed me on the forehead and then my mouth. I used my arms to hold me up as he wrapped his legs around my hips. Harry dipped his head to kiss the hollow of my throat. I let my head fall back and allowed myself a little pleased moan. I tried to unbutton Harry's shirt but he kept planting kisses on the sensitive spots on the base of my collar bone and along my neck, which was proving to make fine motor skills a bit of a challenge. I ended up just grabbing the shirt by the collar and tearing it open and sliding it off of Harry's arms.
