Chapter 28 The Fateful Encounter: part 2 Darkness Within

The flow of time went to a quick halt, Mimi still tries to keep herself under control however no one knows if Mimi can maintain her sanity for long. Stacy just wakes up and finds herself in Von's bed. It was dark outside and she was wondering how she ended up back here. She sees Lucy lead on the balcony looking at the night sky. Stacy gets out of bed and walks towards her but Lucy looks into her eyes.

"You're wondering why you're back here right...?" Lucy asked, Stacy nodded her head. Lucy pointed to the time dagger that is on the floor by her feet. Stacy went to put pick but Lucy kicked the dagger over the ledge and it fell off the building.

"Ostrythe came from out of nowhere and saved us from some time magic thing that Mimi was doing...I can't really remember all of the events but the ones I know are still fuzzy to me." Lucy said, looking away from her gripping on the railing. At that moment there was a knock on the door. Stacy went to open Von's room door and saw Ryder and Hugo, the ladies were surprised to see them. Stacy let the guys in and they took a seat on the couch.

"So there alot to unpack here so hear me out. Raven and Tiga are here but we don't know if they will wake up. Favian and Veronica went out to get some food for everyone Rav on the roof chilling. Jaq went to the park by herself to cool off and blow off some steam." Hugo explains, Stacy and Lucy are relieved but they don't know about others that are still in the past. Ryder gave an uneasy vibe that Hugo got up and went to the balcony.

"Ostrythe and Jovanna are the ones that sent all back with the time dagger. I was able to talk to Jovanna and what I am about to tell you isn't easy to say." Ryder said, Stacy's eye began to swell up as a tear fell from her cheek. Lucy gave Ryder a blank expression like she wasn't going to show no reaction. Meanwhile back in the past The Boss and Von are battling it out. Mimi is still trying to contain her madness but every second it seems like it's just getting harder to control herself. She looks behind her and sees Ostrythe and Jovanna and she feels a bit more relieved to see them okay.

"I'm glad you two are okay. We need to find the others and get out of here like now." Mimi said, Ostrythe gave her a plastic bottle that has blue liquid in it. Mimi looked like she knew what it was.

"Don't ask how I got that. Everyone is back in the home and it's just us, Nik and Von." Ostrythe said, Mimi was shocked to see how calm he is and she sees Jovanna is calm as well. But she has a very uneasy feel about them still being here. Suddenly there was a huge shockwave coming from Von's fight. Von went to slash The Boss but he grabbed it and punched Von's gut and sent him flying into the sand.

"First rule of battle never let go of your weapon no matter what." The Boss said, throwing his sword at him making him dodge. Von grabs his sword and bursts from the sand at The Boss. He swung his sword at his The Boss's neck but he blocked it with his own arm. That moment he grabs Von's shirt and throws him down and smashes into the sand. Von struggles to get up but realizes his sword is not in his hand.

"What did I tell you Von?" The Boss questions him but all Von can do is grit his teeth. The boss vanishes and reappears in front of Von. He couldn't do anything to react to The Boss so he was helpless. The Boss piece Von's body with his own sword causes him to spill out blood.

"NOOOOOOOO!!!" Jovanna screams out as Ostrythe holds her back. Mimi was frozen in place. The Boss lifts Von up with the sword and looks at him and flicks him off the sword and slams on the sand. Everything started to move very slow for Von as he realized he was going to die.

"Von I am disappointed in you...Not because you keep letting your sword go. It's because you're weak and weaker than I expected. Even when I let you have a handicap you still come up short. Such a shame Von." The Boss said, then broke his sword in two pieces then tossed it on the ground. Von watches his sword fade away as he can't do anything about it.

"Jonathan, you'll kill your own nephew to get back at Savage!?!" Mimi shouted at him, she charged at him but he just gave her throat with one hand.

"I finally became a Deity now I have no ties with any of you humans. When I find the location of the Three Times I will finally see what I must do to become "the one." This pathetic human race will ease and I will give birth to a new race." The Boss said, tossing Mimi away from him. She hit the sand and turned back to normal as she passed out. Jovanna is trying to break free but Ostrythe won't let her go.

"It's good that you know you place Ostrythe. The offer still stands if you want to join my cause my friend." The Boss said, Ostrythe knocked Jovanna out with a quick chop to the back of her neck. The Boss gives him a slow clap of approval. Ostrythe smirk at The Boss as holds Jovanna unconscious.

"You know the guys are going to try to kill me for it. However I don't plan to join you, useless you kill Von then i'll take you up on that offer." Ostrythe said, he continued to smirk at The Boss.

"Wha..." The Boss said, getting off out to a dark menacing shockwave coming for Von. The Boss was speechless as he watched Von get back on his feet. Von screams out of rage pushing everything away from him. Nik came in time to grab Mimi and fell back to Ostrythe.

"What the hell having to Von Bro?" Nik asked, looking at Von with awe in his eyes. Ostrythe pass Jovanna to Nik and swap her with Mimi.

"Nik that form that he is in is called Síma thanátou to translate to our terms Death Mark. Get Jovanna to a safe distance. I'll let you know when we are clear." Ostrythe said, Nik nodded his head and went off away from the battlefield. Von's shirt was completely gone and it was just he's abs that had a black skull marker on the left side of his chest. The pure dark aura was all around him. His eyes were dark purple and his hair was mixed with black and dark purple. The final thing that The Boss notices is that he has a dark aura wolf tail, The Boss was definitely surprised by what he is witnessing.

"I can't believe you achieved your mother's form Von. You do have more surprises, this is actually interesting. You are the rebirth of the Fallen Archangel but he's Codename is Dark Knight." The Boss said, clapping for Von as he achieved something that no other can achieve. However Von was not amused not in the slightest and dash but vanished. The Boss couldn't trace him suddenly and Von appeared in front of him and gave The Boss an uppercut that made a shockwave on impact. Sent him in the air flying The Boss couldn't get control of his body but suddenly Von was waiting and elbowed him in the bow down and crashed into the sand.

"Don't get full of yourself Boy!" The Boss shouted preparing to do something crazy. The Boss channeled his power and created a huge red blast and shot the blast towards Von. This blast was bigger than mountains and it was heading towards Von. Von didn't move but stood there and when the blast was about to hit. Von puts his hand out and catches it and then lifts it up above his head. The Boss looked at him with disbelief in his eyes. During that same moment Mimi wakes up on Ostrythe's shoulder. Ostrythe notices she is up and lets her down. Mimi looks at the Sky and sees Von with that huge energy ball.

"Von if you throw that back at me you will destroy everything here and this is including your present." The Boss said, smirking at Von but Mimi ran off to get closer to the fight. Ostrythe ran behind to catch up. Von is still standing there with the energy ball. Von makes a frustrated facial depression at The Boss.

"Now it's time to pay the price!!!!!" Von screamed, everything was slowing down and Mimi was fearing for her life.

"VON Don't do iiiiitttttt!!" Mimi screams as she falls because of her exhaustion. Ostrythe stood there wanting to see what would happen.

"Is this the end?" Nik said, looking up at Von and then looking down at Mimi while he held Jovanna.

"There you go Von release that dark rage..." a mysterious voice said.
