Chapter 33 Unsealed Memories

Stacy held Von in her arms as he was slowly bleeding out. She's feeling even more helpless than before because there's nothing that she can do to save him and she starts to freeze up. Sandalphon walks up to Stacy and continues to watch Von die slowly.

"What a shame I was expecting him to put up more of a fight but I guess a level 5 madness isn't really that much of a threat." Sandalphon said, kneeling in front of Stacy making eye contact with her. Tears fill her eyes as she puts her head on Von's head. Then look up to Sandalphon with sadness in her eyes.

"You didn't have to kill him, I was going to bring him back to sanity..." Stacy said, That moment Ostrythe Dashed immediately right at Sandalphon with The intent to kill him on the spot. Sandalphon just turned around and just looked at him but Ostrythe just went into the air to dodge his invisible attack.

" Sorry to tell you but that attack is not going to work on me. As long as you can't see me or look at me, this won't allow you to get a killing blow on me like it did to my best friend." Ostrythe said, charging up his next attack.

"It's very funny to think that you understand the way of the battle. You do not understand the one thing that is important to battle, especially when it comes to fighting an entity that is superiorly stronger than you." Sandalphon said, not even looking at Ostrythe at all. Before Ostrythe could even move, he coughed up black blood from within his body. Then he fell on one knee and looked up at the Sandalphon that was right in front of him.

" How did you do that? If your back was faced towards me then you didn't move at all..." Ostrythe questioned

"That is a simple question for a simple person. So I will just give you a simple answer for that. Which is you're...Just...Too Slow." Sandalphon said, grabbing Ostrythe's neck and lifting him up in the air. Mimi came from behind with a blast from her hands and shot it at Sandalphon. It made an impact but it didn't leave a scratch on him but Ostrythe wasn't in his hand anymore. Sandalphon turned away and saw Stacy and Von was gone as well.

"I know why you're here and it's because the goddess seal was awakened with Stacy." Mimi said, standing there with Ostrythe, Stacy, and Von behind her. Sandalphon snapped his fingers and Von's wounds along with the big hole in his chest were gone. Ostrythe wound was gone as well like it was never there to begin with. Stacy's eyes widened with relief and hugged Von very tightly.

" How did I survive?? I could have sworn I wasn't dying? But now I feel like I'm perfectly fine like those wounds never were there." Von questioned, he saw Stacy hugging him and Ostrythe getting up and standing by Mimi. She was looking very nervous about something.

" That's because Von you were healed by Sandalphon and the same goes for Ostrythe." Mimi responds, walking towards the golden knight standing there with his arms crossed.

" You are correct Mimi, I did come for Stacy. Also I had to take care of the madness within the boy. Even though his madness level was in critical condition he still wasn't even enough to measure up as warm up. He is nothing like his Kin." Sandalphon said, shaking his head in disappointment when he glanced his eyes over Von.

"You out of all beings know you can't pass over his state at this moment. He doesn't even know his past, despite his own present. He doesn't know where his power is coming from. So he doesn't fully understand the weight of his burden that is on his shoulders. The major issue right now is that his power that's coming within him is manifesting into a dark aura like his uncle..." Mimi said, looking at Von and helping him and Stacy up on their feet. Within a blink of an eye Sandalphon appears right behind Mimi. Ostrythe and Von got their guard up but Mimi just smiled at both of them and the boys looked at each other and let down their guard.
