Chapter 22: The Souls that Link

Von walks down the stairs and looks over his to his right and sees everyone ready. Von stands by Ostrythe and that was at the door, Von was on the left side of the door and Ostrythe was on the right of the door. Everyone else is standing and looking at Mimi but Rav looks at Von at the side of his eye.

"Alright guys now I am going to show you how to Soul Link with each other. Make sure to understand what you're doing or you will die." Mimi said, giving all of them a smirk. Then Mimi walked up to Raven and stretched out her hand to her. Raven paused for a few seconds and then took her hand and walked with Mimi to the middle of the room.

"What you will do is close your eyes and empty your mind and slow your breathing. After that you will feel like you're being pulled away from your body but don't let yourself get pulled away. Just stay still and channel your Aura around you." Mimi stated and Raven nodded her head and then the whole room went completely black. Everyone looked around and then different colored lines passed by them. They saw red ones, green ones, orange ones, and saw different colors blending together.

"This is the transfer of the Soul Energy that we can pass to each other. The different colors you are witnessing are different spirits and elements that are flowing through this space. The lines that you see are the Soul Links people in the soul world made with each other." Mimi explains to everyone but Ostrythe wasn't paying attention because he was gazing upon Raven as she is channeling her aura and begins to float. Tiga smiled as she grabbed Ryder's hand and pulled him with her and wandered around the room looking at everything. Von raised his hand like he was in class to ask Mimi a question.

"So how do we find the person that we want to link with? Does it have to do with our own personal Aura? If so, would there be duplicates of auras?" Von asked, giving Mimi a list of questions for her to ask.

"Well to answer your second question yes it does have to do with your personal aura. Although you search isn't going to be that hard because you'll only see different auras if you have strong connections with multiple people in your life. Now for the duplicates ummm...I can say that can happen but there are different verifications of that color along with aura.." Mimi responded back to Von but he gave off a confused look like he didn't understand what she was saying.

"Okay let's take Raven here. She is channeling her aura around herself so she is calling out to us." Mimi said, then suddenly she snapped her fingers everything went completely pitch black. Then Raven's Aura was shining bright and everyone saw that her aura was flowing around them. It felt warm and very comfortable and suddenly Ostrythe walked up to her and reached out to touch her. Then quickly pulled it away because he burned his hand with her aura.

"So as you can see Raven's Aura is orange and red blending together if you can see it. She is a Fire Elementalist so her aura will have a defensive method to make sure no one but the one she sees is worthy to touch her." Mimi explained but was looking at Ostrythe.

"Damn Ostrythe you not worthy for the Great Raven. That must be tough to find that out." Ryder said, scratching his head and shaking his head. Everyone laughs at what Ryder and Ostrythe close his eyes and smirk then turn his hand toward Ryder.

"I wandered if Tiga deems you worthy at all. But wait did you even try to reach out to Raven yourself?" Ostrythe responding back at Ryder and Mimi look at him. Feeling pressure Ryder walked up to Raven, reached out and then got burned. Ostrythe smirked at him then looked at Favian and Von. The other boys tried it and got burned as well.

"So Ostrythe what are trying to get at having the other boys try it?" Mimi questions him to see what he is on to.

"I believe you said that once we link with one another will be able to see each other's memories. Saying that means you have to trust someone or know someone really well in order to pass through. But I think Raven will let the girls pass through in my personal opinion." Ostrythe responded back and gave a relief like that was the case. Rav walked passed the guys and reached out and touched her and the light got brighter and everyone was back in the living. Ostrythe remained speechless when he saw Rav and Raven channeling each other's Aura. Von went back to reach for his weapon Ryder burst out laughing and shaking his head at Ostrythe. Favian was thinking why did that happen? Ostrythe was about to ask him but Von slash his weapon at Rav and block with his weapon's handle. Von began a slash blow at Rav but just blocked it and knocked Von back with the fire blast.
